The best way to improve liquidity would be to properly reflect value in the share price. Nothing beats an investor judging that they have made a good gain and are happy to pass on their holding to the next person. Pre covid we saw the sp reaching better levels, but surely there has to be a step change ar some point.

This has happened before, and I believe it's genuine. Shares here have always been tightly held, therefore something has to give if II's want to increase. The next step change should be when the company is debt free, hopefully in the near future. Also, of course, when society is free to do what it likes with retail and leisure time.

I'd expect to see an update regarding expanding the reach of Fruitflow+Omega3 long before that. They didn't raise such an increased funding just to sit on it long term. Could be USA I reckon.

Mr Buck, as the person who introduced Fruitflow to Provexis, deserves credit for his role. The signal that he has sent by making this purchase may prove to be significant.
Regarding the likes of us joining in the placings, I just don't know. It's fairly obvious that the participants are known to each other, would they want others involved, or have they decided a careful strategy to keep all but one below the holdings notification level? Does that form some part of a master plan with the end game in mind.
Idle speculation of course, I wouldn't even ask the question, apart from rhetorically on a chat board.

Looks to me like the main purpose was to include the director in the discounted placing. A sort of over subscription of the first placing.
If the funds are allowing a greatly increased production run, we can surely expect to see more market reach for Fruitflow +O3 in the near future. Growth of our highest margin in house range would be rewarding. IMHO

I think that the view of a group of holders who post on here is that there is no desperation to exit on a spike/ There is recognition that the the scope and extent of Fruitflow benefits has continued to develop year by year, and that the extra patents should work through to further commercial opportunities. Faster would be better, but it seems that it takes a long time. judging by all experiences to date.
The matter of takeover seems to be the end story that many substantial holders anticipate.
CB doesn't read my posts, but someone has to convince him that he is abusing the majority of holders with his small minded sniping.
