Debt should be showing signs of reducing given the high oil price (average $75 over last quarter?).

Members, thanks. It was only an observation given past trends. Remember it's only one of many resistance points, up and down! It was probably only effective this time as the oil price stabilised for a bit.

Members, I only mention it as PMO has often bounced off such a support/resistance line in the past, even if it momentarily dipped below it. Obviously this is contingent on wider market factors and oil price behaving, as you rightly say.

Looking back again, I was actually referring to the uptrend channel support line at 123p, which we seem to be resting on. PMO often bounces off that. Will see how things play out tomorrow. Crude looking weak, and the DOW -300pts. currently.

PMO looks to have closed right on the support line.

Can any of the chartists confirm?
