I do not and will not report this publicly on a daily basis as it gives too much information to those who would simply like to speculate on or trade the share.

Expert10201 - no there is no such thing as the correct position, the position the SP 'should be' - it takes rational and informed investors who are buying and selling the share to set the SP - it is quite possible for 99.5% of shareholders to simply be sitting on their shares whilst a tiny fraction of shares actually change hands and determine the share price for everyone else. This is precisely what is happening now.

numpty - you can gift as much as you like to your spouse I believe - the point is that when they dispose they have to calculate the acquisition cost as when YOU bought the share not when you transferred it to them. The only real benefit you therefore get is being able to use the spouses CGT allowance as well as you own.
