Perhaps you could read the paper and then let everyone know how much Tin would be in a 1MW/4MWh VRFB - it does not have to be accurate, or within a factor of 2, or 10, or even of 100. Perhaps you could just let us know if it is in the number is in grammes, kilogrammes or tonnes.

Indeed Sanchez - BE can access the $70 Billion Energy Storage market which is somewhat larger than the $7 Billion Vanadium market. Mikhail is chairman of the Vanitec Energy Storage committee and the South African Energy Storage association. People clearly aren't aware of this stuff yet.

Expert - I cannot advise anyone on what to do - it is for everyone to look at the facts and make up their own mind.

However it seems blindingly obvious that if you cannot be bothered to wait at least 3 years to see how large scale energy storage with VRFB's, as strategically supported by BMN and BE, plays out then you are being very silly and may miss out on one of the largest growing industrial sectors of the next 20 years.

Global Warming is not going away - it is going to get worse, a lot worse, before it gets any better. Great for a film script but hugely challenging for geopolitics. Not challenging for technology any more though with Wind, Solar and VRFB Energy Storage. Once South Africa shows what can be done the whole of the continent of Africa will be beating down our door.

Daisan - yep there is no rush as far as the company is concerned. The SP is up 373% this year and there is no need for it to break any more records. What is really exciting is that the Bushveld Energy story is starting to unfold and it looks like it is not just BE, but BE+UET+IDC+SAGov+WorldBank+CleanTechFund = a truly game changing grouping that will put VRFB's firmly on the map of Energy Storage - possibly even more so than the 800MWh Dalian VRFB because our batteries will be highly visible, and purchasable.

Keep going guys so that I can buy more at less than 40p. It has often been said that the stock market is a good mechanism for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient. This is what it looks like and when it happens. By now, with everything that those on this board have uncovered everyone should have a good idea of where this share is going.

good point Sbuild they really need the 1440MWh of Batteries that Bushveld Energy are no doubt going to be tendering for.

Endion - the only real difference between trading and shorting is whether prior to selling shares you owned them or not.

If you did own them and are selling looking to buy back later then you trading and may have an agenda to suppress the share price via your postings.

If you did own them and are selling but are not looking to buy back later then you selling so goodbye and good luck.

If you did not own them and are selling then you will have no option but to buy back later - you are shorting and may have an agenda to suppress the share price via your postings.

Of course all of the above can be done without formally 'owning' any shares by betting on a spreadbetting site. This is the favoured route for many shorters and for those wishing to encourage it as, shock horror, it provides an easy way to obtained credit to undertake these gambling operations. The problem of course is that the platforms allow you to continue to win when you are winning but can intervene and stop the game if your ever start losing. Hence 3/4 of people on spread betting sites end up losing. All gamblers assume they are better than average.

Serenus - exactly - there were a couple of VRFB companies that licensed the UNSW patent between about 1990 and 2010 but after the patent expired then there was a lot more interest in VRFB's from new entrants. Good timing - as that was just about the point that PV prices came down and energy storage really became a thing. I have chatted to Maria a couple of times and she is just like the interview paints - new modest and offhand about everything, and also really excited to see VRFB's at last taking off.
