When I bought my shares I looked at the numbers and thought about the company's growth prospects, and was comfortable with the decision to buy. My view was that I would make a decent return on my investment as long as I could hold the shares for a few years. Nothing has changed for me, except perhaps that I missed an opportunity to buy at an even lower price. That's investing.
Unless I see evidence to the contrary, it looks like the intrinsic value of the company and the market capitalisation have disconnected. The selling pressure day after day has been unrelenting. I'm not selling, I don't see much evidence of institutional selling, so who is? To answer that question you only have to look at the professional hedge funds that are appearing and disappearing from the short tracker updates. This share is being systematically shorted by a large group of participants, and every trick in the shorting playbook is being used to push the share price down every day. And that includes bulletin board trolls, with no declared holding or short, who show up every day to taunt holders. And planted stories in the media prior to another push downwards. It's called short and distort and the aim is to break your spirit and take you to the point of capitulation. A wealth transfer from private investors to hedge funds. I hold, an engineered fall in the SP isn't a good reason to sell.
