Malta / Crooks. We have not had many days like this just based on an RNS like this one in the past. The MM's driving the sp down based on past sentiment and performance was not in accordance with the market indicators and the smooth entry back into the US market , albe it only in NJ. Maybe the broker target levels will turn into reality. I am really happy for the new posters on this board. We have been having to take criticism for showing allegiance to this company but may be Teflon is not so stupid as the critics make out.

Hi Malta, what is needed is real positive evidence that things may get better in the results department. This is what has been holding us down and the lack of trust that our leader can produce. They have not let us down with the MGM jv and the NJ launch so the delivery plan is very much in play without PStars breathing down our neck. They have to settle the mess with the Atlantic Hotel anyway which will be interesting. Has Norbert made any comment on the issue with the French Authorities - I would hope this does not start to interfere with plans and keep ii's at bay. The other major issue is the sale of DeLeon trust shares but the sp has to rise first IMO. As far as the sp is concerned the whole sector is subdued.

Malta , why would they remind us of the bad figures when we have just only had the Q3 results and Teflon said we had turned the corner or bottomed out and he himself bought a stack of shares. It needs to be new information because he cant buy shares knowing news that has not been released. The news we have not had is the impact of the non poker traffic and revenue so far in NJ. Governor Christie was on about this amazing 1 billion dollar revenue target for just over 6 months after the launch. All eyes will be on indications on this when figures are released by DGE early January. I hope this December 18th update will give an indication of how we are doing which will give us market extrapolation figures to work from if other states get on board. While we are waiting for this news we might make some cash trading. The broker comments seem to be ignoring the possibility that the company may have arrested the slump inflicted on it from 2007 and the reorganisations and embargoes

It means that it is 7 days before Xmas so instead of sending Santa Norbert out into the snow we will have a nice bit of increased trading revenue to report to cheer us all up and hopefully the brokers to analyse that its not all doom and gloom for the New Year. They would not announce this if its bad news and a profit warning , touch wood

Not sure - but more buys than sells - lots of small ATs and no heavy selling. Probably the silly season with absence of news. I have no worry holding at these prices

Credit Suisse have given WMH an outperform rating this morning - that means we will get an UPF rating again this afternoon no doubt. Perhaps I should have a bet on it.

Lol. Managed to shake off the lurgy and go back to work. Considering where we were about 3 weeks ago , not knowing if things would start smoothly in Nj , getting the Q3 results and Teflon buying and stating things had bottomed out and know we are leading the pack in NJ and the sp is where we are a month ago - it doesnt really stack up. The Federal legislation wont happen - the January NJ figures will show the start of things to come - It surely is a good hold - there has been no real selling pressure . I would rather be in than out at this stage but surely the risk position is better now than 6 months ago. Hope I have not said anything to antagonise anyone - it is my NY resolution

Ind Sharewatch rated WMH a buy in October and in same article tipped Kauto Star to win a 5th King George Chase on Boxing Day. I am hugely impressed. However I have a significant holding in BPTY which is going North. Is it time to hedge and take some WMH on board or continue to ride the winner
