I havent read the FT article yesterday yet but I cant see Credit Suisse affecting us very much - they are the brokers for one of the other bookies. I had another look at the Poker figures trend and it is very encouraging - will the mobile apps have an effect ? And what about all these consumer accounts being set up in NJ ? I think the MMs will be quite glad to have the shares from PIs selling. They are not having mine

Crooks, Agree entirely with your view. I would give Teflon the chance to demonstrate that the corner has turned . The reports on Poker news have been encouraging - I dont see how they could have done any better with the start up in NJ. The reports on the software are good. I dont see this as a failure. The strategy is not just about Poker . Lets wait for the Jan 18th DGE figures from NJ. Must be a buy at this price

I don't think so. It was down 4p from the off along with 888 and BET as well on similar % although BET has recovered. There may be another sell order for the trust that they are hoping to fill

Frankie, like your name - we know the whole thing is down on last year - regulation is taking hold and governments want a slice - thats what its all about - however it was down 18 % so things have improved about 7% last quarter. Its all about the transformation of the US i-gaming market 2014 - 2015 that will have a positive effect. BPTY are in a good position having jettisoned the (undesirable preventative) baggage at considerable cost over the last few years

Hello Wolfe, The consensus is that there will be at least 3 more states in 2014 to start up - there was a good recent article in pokerscout news appraising which ones would be the likliest. The tribes are keen on poker online but not on casino and generally are against that - seen as a threat to their brick and mortar operation. If Pokerstars remain out of it you can be sure the tribes will be clamouring to get into the online (poker) market. Its all down to state politics. California seems hell bent to keep the tribes happy but every state has a different agenda. Watch out for interstate agreements - Nevada may do this , NJ likewise and Delaware have to so the pressure is on for more regulated inter state agreements. The opposition is headed by Sheldon Abelson not the Tribes.

Noticed this , thought the markets closed early today and was looking at close. How do we know the Trust is selling - does Bpty need to give out an RNS when their holding changes (significantly) and to what level. Does anybody know the answer to this question. I dont know enough about these things

Crooks , I think they might have to put out another RNS if major shareholder holdings are affected - I am not sure. But it doesnt sound right they would agree a purchase if they are about to release news that would push the sp up. The seller will be looking for the best price. I dont think its started yet

Re the buy backs - why are they doing it now - would it not be better to wait for the DeLeon shares to be offered and use the money to buy those back for cancellation rather than risk a third party to get a large slice of the company ?
