Just to confirm i am not stressed out about Alba, i enjoy talking about companies i am invested in, if shares stress you out you have had an easy life.

That is the nature of exploration companies - until they prove something up to a level that can be mined, a jv or sold - i jave said many times here, it really is not a complex proposition.

If you feel they are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders or have failed to develop assets or acquire interesting new ones, you sell up and move on.

What paranoia? Obvious comparisons, if you can't see that sell up and move on etc.

For sure - if Bluejay can't make a success of their project from the position they are in, not a chance that helps our case.

If one of Align's objectives is to make Alba seem a more attractive investment, totally undermining Bluejay as a good investment is an odd way to go about it.

Judging by their (Bluejay) recent tweets, seems likely they will have market relevant news soon, which could be of interest to Alba.

Agree Simon - he seemed keen to stress the temporary nature of discounts offered, it shows confidence in their product that once someone is with them, they will see the benefits and pay full price happily going forward (and the more that do this, the more credibility Bango acquire)

Their website is very decent but without enough other activity to draw interested investors in for a closer look, not sure it quite hits the regular news flow beat that many investors seem to be attracted to.

I agree their overall output and news has been much better through the back end of last year and this year, and this price appears a total steal. Sadly not the funds to pick up any more.. hope something else comes good for me before these move up.

It did not go well for Europa Oil last week and they (their consortium at Wressle) had the backing of the planning office in Lincs so never a banker in these cases.

However I think the details for Brockham are significantly different so would basically be incompetent and legally dubious for SCC to decline IMO

I like the prospects here and I am patient enough to play the long game, but they could do with upping their game RE newsflow / PR.

I know we don't want a tweet every time someone arrives for work and an RNS can only really be put out when they have market relevant news, but they could be more proactive and imaginative with general info output via social and their website - even if it generally relates to the sector they are in rather than themselves directly.

Just reassures they are active (alive) and aware of shareholders looking at their (currently dwindling) share values.

At 13.5p the company mcap is about 164m - ukog are worth 102m at the mo. This price is madness.

Issues over mismanagement can't completely obscure fundamentals here forever. I get the fear that poor management could degrade the fundamentals but they would almost have to be acting deliberately to sabotage things to get the price much lower than this.

I will be trying to add a few here tomorrow, sadly i am down to peanuts to buy with.

He was on the ggp board a couple of months ago saying things like top up in the morning etc - they were heading for around 2p then, 1.25p now............ Not sure where he got to trade a profit there.

To be fair i never take "fully funded" to mean no raise will occur.

But a raise will only occur for a specific reason/change in circumstances - e.g. if HH testing goes on and the news keeps getting better (i have no idea if it will but good so far) they may decide to crack on with sidetracks and the second well - that will need dosh.

But this will not damage sp as DZzzzzz hopes or is trying to imply as it will be in response to good news.

Any followers of GGP will know that fully funded does not mean no more cash raising.

No Cofe sadly not adding at the moment - currently hold shares in 7 companies and not much cash to use so have to sell to buy.

Last buy for me was a few hundred pounds worth at 0.26 or 0.27 i think.

If something else comes in that i take a slice from then might put that here around current sp but after that will let it run - i gad2 always hoped for around 4p before i sold any, even if it takes a few years, may happen over next 12 months if the stars align.

Not sure what order they are doing things but they seem to have taken onboard the need to cultivate PI interest outside of RNS releases and a website, so would not be surprised if we get regular tweets from greenland reminding the market of the potential they are working towards.

Not sure Cofe TBH. I have always been a bit of Weald sceptic and invested in Alba for Greenland and Uranium interests initially and thought HH and Brockham were mildy intersting ways of spreading risk.

Becoming a Weald convert though (plenty of ifs and buts to come) so if Brockham gets SCC permission, we get even better news on the Portland testing with confirmation of commercial viability just in that zone, followed by lots of tankers as they start testing the Kim 3p+ could be possible on hype.

I don't expect any firm news on Greenland (loving the tweeted pics though) till autumn/winter - if we get a big JORC compliant resource estimate on TBS and some decent Cobalt samples from Inglefield who knows by year end.

We could also get some positive news from the leftfield plays in Ireland (drilling for Zinc) and Clogau (planning progress)

All good fun to speculate and things looking rather better than spring this year.
