Unless you were being abusive or deliberately straying from the truth i think that is abysmal - if you run a company and openly promote it under your personal account but refuse to take criticism that is petulant junk behaviour.

I think there is plenty of potential here but come on, there are valid queries over the timing of warrants, the way the NM walk was announced, the ND cloak and the repeat fully funded claims before a fund raise out of no where.

A bit of twitter back lash from investors that have seen their investment lose money, surely to be expected.

Philg65 - The website is good and the news flow has been very decent this year (actually from the back end of last year)

I just think in this day and age these small companies, particularly where operating in a technology/sector that is not exactly front page news, need more than RNS output (and relying on investors going to their website) to keep PIs engaged - that is why these boards are so popular and you see so many companies tweeting and doing interviews.

It does not have to be company specific info - wider commentary on the business sector / technology they are in and positive trends that will help boost company prospects (e.g. a gold miner flagging up reports on long term high gold prices),

You can express/wrap and re-work/release that sort of information in many ways, inexpensively and help keep the level of engagement higher than it would without it.

I think there is a scope here for them to improve their presence with PIs and increase the impact of positive RNS releases when they come.

I know some don't agree with me but i really think they need to up their IR/PR game - really like the company but they are so far off the radar they have to take responsibility for cultivating investor interest, they can't just rely on deals/rns info and a tweet here and there about trade shows/events.

I get that big news will work its own magic but with better managed general output you may get better and more sustained responses around lesser news such as those individual distribution deals.

More proactive info flow won't in itself pump the sp but can help support levels by maintaining investor interest during quiet times and even keep those watching from the sidelines engaged waiting for big developments.

To be fair this is one of my favourite boards - i only have a small position here, hope to add more before the sp moves too much.

I rarely comment though as some of the regulars are far better informed than me and i rarely feel like i can add anything.

But i will say it is one of the best informed most balanced boards i read - i particularly like deciphering BH and feel JTD and Juxtapose make lots of good contributions here.

Hope it does not become a battle of ramps and deramps.

Mmmm well more easy going than me, as no way that explains the irrational nature of some of WO's posts.

Bango is still pretty small so PI interest is of relevance, so interviews and coverage like this are an essential part of the PR/IR mix.

If you just can't accept that then fine, i think you are wrong but hey each to their own - you can think i am wrong.

However their is a secondary point that is is factually demonstrated right on this board. Official RNS info inevitably has gaps and generates queries that can't always be anticipated when you are on the inside.

So you can endlessly and inefficiently answer queries email by email or add meat to the bones in a fluid mass consumable way through interviews - as illustrated perfectly in this case and posts made below - not sure they had any offers from BBC or Sky for an interview.

I have seen some special cases of this over the last year - quite bizarre.

Very positive - always delivers clearly and calmly, i never feel like i am being sold a dummy.

Hardleyouth - not really sure what the alternative is to interviews like this, they have to cultivate an interest in their company and plenty of investors watch these interviews - hardly like mainstream tv has a space for this.

All very well being active on social media and having a website but with investing it often seems to me that these mediums are largely left preaching to the converted.

So then you are left with RNS output and business press coverage? Smaller growing companies aren't going to get enough space there so these kinds of interviews and mediums (proactive, vox, lse and sharetalk etc) are an essential part of the mix and i am certainly grateful for them.

Clogau may or may not have gold, but WO has no idea either way. I'll take the work done by Alba so far over random BB comments - despite the fact I have always felt sceptical about the Clogau acquisition.

Thanks WO - you do have a good hit rate, didn't you say earlier the Brockham planning would be deferred.

Dorla - hard to find any info on that.

Likely they had to focus on what they considered the prime licence, in Greenland there is a minimum expenditure commitment on licences so you can't really accumulate and sit on licences until you have funding.

On the face of it the area they chose appears better positoned to existing infrastructure and they have had very good results and developed the project very well - as reflected in their mcap despite recent sp drop off.

Personally i do not get some of the animosity that seems to lie between Bluejay and Alba investors as Alba are no threat to Bluejay and Alba need Bluejay to succeed in order for them to crack on.

Alba's work so far is very promising in terms of grade, so now need to show there is a commercially worthwhile amount and that it will be feasible and environmentally permittable to extract.

Plappers any chance you could educate us - i know previously you said you don't have the time blah blah blah but noticed a monster post from you earlier saying all sorts but skipping all the technical stuff ....... Again.
