Principles for investing in AIM - learnt the hard way12 Dec 2019 17:07
My second post here. FWIW this is my strategy on this stock. This is not advice in any way shape or form just the opinion of a small PI based on lessons learnt over the last 2 years. Take it or leave it.
I bought 1.4 million shares under 1.30 and 1.40 in two or three lots. I then sold tranches of 250,000 to 200,000 at various points over the last week or so, some at 1.8, some at 2.2 and so on. The profit from those sells has covered my initial outlay in full with a modest profit. I am now left with just over 400,000 shares which are essentially free. In my mind the most likely move here is a bid to buy the assets - I'm putting a price alert at 10p to review, an offer could come in at 20p, 30p, 40p, 50p, depending on what's necessary to prove up the field for a prospective buyer.
Alternatively they may not wish to sell and just slowly prove up and monetise gradually over the next few years.
The point is - protect your capital.
