PI's forgetting the assets here...To much doom & gloom ..... If the final permit is awarded they'll be interested parties here seeking to partner or take over....the hard work will have been done!. The gas is there and lots of it...if the final permit is awarded, then a £10m MC is very,,,very cheap...even with the 1st permit alone there maybe interested parties coming out the woodwork...permits not required for new drill holes and the plant permit now awarded may be enough for some entity with the financial clout..only needs a capex of £10m/15m or so to retrieve 10 x that in revenues...or more,, and for years to come! No Ramp DYOR

Can anyone give speculation on the SP if the permit is granted on appeal?...as the MC / SP is probs worth more to shareholders if legal action had been initiated start of year to recoup the £50m spent to date!, current MC £10m you may at least see 1.5p ps if successful in court!.. i.e whats the point going through all the barriers presented in this country (..for no reason i add) and lost time and money when nothing achieved,,,especially for long suffering shareholders?..

Thank you RDunc....surely...this needs clarifying as if a case of this type is lost in court then we are in effect bust and suspended pending clarification!!... it cannot be taken lightly!!. Hence now my worry on the bond news delay? is it because of the 23rd court case?.. Too many PI's on here (such as Jiving) seem blinkered..A court case of this magnitude is serious.

Advised this morning ,,, lets hope this is 'NOT' why the bond news is delayed!....if so we are in big trouble as we have no funds for court costs etc etc
