thanks indeed iceberg. telemachus is one of the outstanding technical posters on these boards and as well as being a significant shareholder he is clearly a highly experienced oil guy (i guess a petrophysicist or similar).

oh my CJ you're a philosopher as well as a poor stock investor? that's quite a combination - have you considered the possibility that they may be related in some way? more important though is your failure ever to address the factual reality postulated by me and others on this board or to appreciate that you now face a wall of credibility of russian proportions.

oh dear oh dear CJ and friends - so many questions and so few answers. let me help you, since you are clearly troubled by big corporate finance - you seriously think Afreximbank and Shell would agree to a syndicated facility of $750m, if they weren't completely satisfied with the asset value of OML18 or that it wasn't capable of delivering a revenue stream sufficient to support that? this may be West Africa but Timbuktu it ain't. and you really kid yourselves that Martin Hughes, who owns 72% of San Leon today, knows less about this stuff than CJ and his long-suffering me2 abuse buddy on this board, BS? jeez no wonder you guys are serial losers at stock investing. april fools can't come around quick enough this year.

yep agree Sam, CJ is not a shareholder in San Leon having sold a long time ago at a loss. also he should stick to the fertiliser market, which he professes to know something about. although I doubt that somehow - wonder if he's got any shares in fertiliser cos? gotta be a fair question...

without knowing anything about the structure of or values included in the RTO, it is frankly meaningless to guess the SP other than to imagine for a number of good reasons the company will be worth an awful lot more and have a demonstrable strategy for growth. how quickly the SP moves to recognise that value is another factor after a prolonged period of suspension and in the context of a fairly complex transaction. and remember we haven't seen any commercial value put on OML18 assets since 2016 when oil was 26 bucks and OML18 only had the crumby NCTL to export oil through Bonny terminal. (i do hope we get to see how much is paid for Sahara's interest, as that should be illuminating, albeit not yet reflecting the ACOES factor.) all that said we do have some pretty positive and Influential market commentators now including IC, so i'm confident value will out in a western world increasingly desperate for oil and gas.

note specifically West Africa includes neither Western Sahara nor Morocco. your dissembling fudge that Western Sahara includes the word 'Western' is beyond schoolboy pathetic. if you had one ounce of integrity you would acknowledge your this correction and apologise. that you don't or won't is because you're not interested in facts but are consumed by your bitterness at losses in this stock. maybe one of your newfound cronies on this board will step in and address the facts now, although i somehow doubt it.

BS - seems like you've finally acknowledged the irrelevance of Polish 'assets' to the San Leon investment case after OldisGold had to correct you.
some more corrections are needed though. first and foremost there is absolutely nothing 'illegal' about our activities in Nigeria. your assertion that the Norwegian fund withdrew their investment in San Leon on this basis is defamatory, so you should immediately withdraw your claim and apologise publically to the company and to shareholder visitors to this board for misleading them. i think you'll find the reason was ESG based, which has particularly affected the oil majors. second if you include me among those posters, who have a 'discrimatory attitude to financial losers', you are missing the point. as i've told you before you keep company on this board with non shareholders, who have lost in the past but sold and whose only purpose is to damage the company in the vain hope that we will join them in the losers' circle. sad though that maybe, you do yourself few favours by currying favour with them and letting them answer your posts. third playing 'with other people's money' or not, without Tosca San Leon’s story would have ended some time ago and we certainly could not have done the Nigerian deal without them and i for one applaud their resilience.
