What does no business tax mean Joe? I've not heard or corporation tax relief?

I also believe the in specie transfer did not hit the market, so any other sells we have seen are over and above that 1.3% that they moved in their tr1.

I agree, no idea how much the have left now, less than 10million maybe even less. One thing twitter has taught me is that people over estimate how quickly a seller is out, as we have all heard that phrase numerous times so far.

Let's get as good day or two under our belts but for what it's worth there is still a big seller. I didn't watch the trades so much yesterday but saw at least 4 X c.quarter mill sales so there is some gone hopefully.

For me the problem lies with under knowing who is selling. We got a tr1 a couple of week ago for AXA and tinker at that point that both had 3.x % left, so that's a potential 25-30m shares to go. At that point everyone was certain they were selling. Then on the 11th there was still c.13m Investco shares to be sold if they are reducing down to nil.

So I think there is still large seller pressure.

The interesting side is who is accumulating. There was a c.1.3% transfer from Investco to unknown party on the tr1 on the 11th. So unless this is random new buyer we should expect an accumulation tr1 from existing owner.

Lastly, someone mentioned that institutions don't need to report tr1 transactions when they are less than a 5% holding, if that is the case we will not hear from Investco/AXA again about their holdings (someone could confirm this please). Tinker last reported 3.x% so if he has sold any since the last tr1 then he should be in a reportable position but we have heard nothing since.

Is my understanding of the above correct, happy to be corrected, and please ignore the likely many typos.

I get you, but it's a billion pound t/o company, no comments on here have an impact on the shareprice for any length of time at all.

Yeah half a million isn't large, we had an 8.5, a 5.5, a 1.5 prior to the 11th I believe.

And as I said can't remember any large sells since then so leads me to think there are a few million to go. Do you disagree?

Yeah probably does, I try to remain on an even keel, but it's hard not to be negitive with the share price action.

I continue to hold, believe I will get my money back and more. I don't think I say anything that is untrue as far as I am aware, but obviously I will make an error or two in my comments, always happy to be corrected.

They are assuming that stob will have more free cash and as such more opportunity to invest in 'whatever'. There is no downside to this for us and a debatable upside.
