I suppose it's whether you are of the opinion that the company is currently under or over valued. If you think UV, then no RNA is needed to cause a move upward to find appropriate value.

They would have to be careful with market sensitive news which you are not allowed to hold back. Although there are degrees of market sensitivity and holding back etc.

488m shares at around .45. anyways doesn't detract from your points or its low values, should do well from here, assuming they can get back to profits again the CT losses are worth more than the company at the moment lol.

Well they have persuaded another nomad to take them in, the new nomad is almost through their due diligence work as per the last RNA, the persuading part is done and dusted, now the 'checking there is nothing untoward' part is underway.
