I don't know much about him, has he professed and sold others to big pharma or similar. Again certainly no history expert here and unsure how the share structure has changed but 3 years ago SP was 175, went sub 50 a fair while and struggled to get over 100.

You will likely be correct as I have zero history but what others has he been involved in that he has taken to the next step for shareholders, and fingers crossed same happens here!

As said yesterday, unless you have a huge amount of shares the placing is neither here nor there.

If you've got c.£10k holding, you've c20k shares, you can apply for 1:20, or 5% so that's about 1000 shares, or £400 at 40p, you can flip these for say 25% plus profit, or £100-£200 profit less fees.

For normal punters the placing shares are a tiny bonus but no material affect to the value we hold

" if you have 10k shares you can get up to a max of 500 shares at 40p then times that by 14p which would be the profit from the current share price then the extra shares will make you £70. So there is no way i can see people selling their shares for a tiny profit when the potential rewards are far higher."

I was just doing this very calc and yeah at a 5% offer, if you were buying Friday just to flip the subscriber shares you'd need to buy a huge amount.
