If the guy actually released an RNA saying practically nothing on the very day that he is writing another RNA stating what he said in that same days RNA has been agreed, then he is a bigger fool than I took him for.

There is some sort of issue, as it's not meeting the January timeframe already published and it's not happening in a day or two or this RNA is even less.pointless than it first seems.
