I dare to suggest that it is not priced in. If the government win the case then costs payable by Novacyt could be substantial. The sp would take another battering. If on the other hand Novacyt win then you could be looking at upward trajectory of 80-130% rise in the sp, not easy to predict. Not an easy hold as was 6 months ago but it could turn on a knife edge, which way will it go! Your choice, red or black?

Have not received a reply as yet from Andy Carroll (which I totally expected!) so have forwarded email to JB to see if he will take any notice. As the company have given short shrift to shareholders over the past 7 years I'm not holding my breath! :(

Right, as I have received no replies I have today composed an email to Andy Carroll with reference to why the company has not progressed as planned over the past 7 years, will let all know when and if he replies.

...a strongly worded letter to CP is in order to let long suffering shareholders know whether we are going to get something back or not, I'd rather he be straight with us than keep fobbing us off all the time with empty promises. If there is no chance the for goodness sake tell us and wind the company up, at least we would know!

....ago the sp topped at 40p, it has lost over 99% of its value. How the company can keep running is beyond me! Something needs to be done to alleviate long suffering shareholders. Consolidation would probably only extend the agony in my view. It was originally according to the Chairman on track to be a mid tier oil company, it's now not even a low tier oil company. Perhaps they they should think about selling all the assets and change direction to crypto then we might see some action. I suggest a new board with directors who have their fingers on the pulse, more beneficial for shareholders in my view. Interested in everybody's thoughts on this and whether a formatted email to the chairman might be in order.

This morning's low was 3.66 so already an improvement, keep it coming, I've dropped in another £5000

....tuvok, and there speaks someone who has been xxxxed rotten by investing on a spike and is now well down. This is now a traders share not an investment share. It dumps to 2/ 2.40 then pumps to 3/ 3.6, when people realise that then they'll make money. I put in again yesterday and will sell in the trading range which has been active for months now.
