This request was made back in July, they acknowleged it on the 9th August, since then nothing!! "Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please can you advise of the outcome or the current situation of contract dispute you have with Novacyt . This is the dispute as announced by the company in a RNS on the 9 April 2021.

I understand that this was in arbitration commencing 9 April 2021, the date of the RNS at its latest, of which this phase has a 28 day time scale to complete.

Now we are beyond that 28 days can you publish the resulted arbitration outcome please or if not resulted the current situation of the dispute and the likely time scales that this issues is to be resolved and announced to the public regardless of the outcome.

Not quite the same thing, as for each support and resistance point I give out I check when that point is reached, if I thought I was totally wrong I wouldn't post. Been doing this for the last 11 years and kept records, nobody has complained yet, if they did in multitudes I would stop doing it completely. Charts are mostly non compliant.

Problem being when inexperienced investors see posts quoting charts they tend to think it's either time to buy or sell based on that. A lot of people rightly or wrongly tend to use charts for their own benefit but to impart that info onto message boards is not the right thing to do. I tend to give out support and resistance points to help others and these 90% of the time are right.

Chart this...... chart that....Things don't conform as charts would have you believe! Somebody said yesterday that if £3.75 held then the chart was showing £5, so to say £3.30/3.20 is cods wallop. One beauty Rns and the chart configurations would be blown away, they are there for guidance only, ask Zak Mirs who tends to go by them and gets 70% more wrong than right.

That spread goes from 0.5-5 in an instant, mm's making a killing!. If you catch it right you can get a decent trade but it's seconds.

Covid free world? I don't think that will ever happen. As soon as the vaccines deal with one variant another envelopes us all, Botswana being the most deadly one yet. Lots of people are talking about this being the end of days, whether you believe that or not one thing is for certain, this is something that will not go away, two years now and still progressing. Thank goodness we have great companies like Nova who are at the forefront of testing which is paramount.
