Reach 410 this morning but now down to 377. Strong resistance keeping it from heading "properly" higher. IMHO it needs to beat profit expectations for that to happen.

High at 765 in Jan 2024. After 8 months, massive drop to 318 today.

Who can guess the bottom?

Still nowhere near profitable and no sign of a reversal yet.

Overall, 12 analysts rate the stock a sell.

Appears volatile lately with good and bad news. However, it has been ranging for 2 years and might now continues to the downside after a false breakout last month.

In my opinion:

Breakout this week from 326 (broke a 7.5 year resistance level)

Increasing volume since Feb 2024

Weekly RSI shows shares are not oversold.

Market boosted shares on today's results.

400p in sight

Support at 944 on Oct 2023 was the same as support in Oct 2014 (9 years ago)

Technical perspective:

Neckline (resistance) at 79.

If forms a right shoulder, then 71 is in sight.

Fundamental perspective:

Many measures, e.g. Losses, gearing, NAV, debt, cost of capital etc. are still heading in the wrong direction. Market may see these improving with recent price appreciation. Probably already discounted

Why share buy back? (should be given to shareholders as part of dividend)

Price Discount to NAV shows how market still undervalues the stock. Will take significant changes to energy market and/or interest rates to change this.

Surpassed it's 2007 all time high of 558 and resistance of approx. 540

Broken out from ascending triangle over 2 years in the making

3x volume, over its 20 day moving average, last week (suggests market anticipation)

Clear blue water above and no resistance to break through

Means target could be 954 dependent on performance and global macro events

Could have broken above a rectangle formation at 259p. Instead the update was not ambitious enough for the market, and price is heading below support of 231 with a solid red candle on the day so far. It's also been unable to make a breakout on 297 (from Feb 2015) and then head for 360.

The price has been ranging since Nov 2020, and for this is the time L&G starts to head lower. Next stop 179 and then 162. Only my opinion, so DYOR.

Quick visit to 259 this morning and similar visits in Jan, March and April this year.

Resistance is strong and no breakout at this time.

There was bound to be a retracement, although price drop today is on small volume so far. Since May 24 price rose from 343 to 414, so there's bound to be some selling and a pullback to (about) the 370s.

Price rise from 24 May also came with higher than average volumes. So, in my opinion it has hit resistance at 343 and will make a move higher in time. How fast/slow is up to OCDO and the market.

My opinion only: Bullish atmosphere, but Foxtons has had its push for now. Ranging at 69 for a few months due to resistance established in March 2021.

Could be a turning point this week with 18.9m shares traded, 3 times the 30 day moving average. Could also be making a bottom here with 94.7 the neckline? DYOR before trading.

In the last 2 days the breakout has been 100% clear accompanied by high volume (approx. 6.4m shares - not much in value though). Next resistance level is 76.

All time record volume of 6.3m shares in the last hour of trading today. No bullish reversal yet and overhead resistance at 77 is strong.

Now to clear 61 and head towards 75

Knowing all this over the past few days, and the share price has only flickered. High PE, so IMHO limited premium if a buyer is found.

PHNX has almost made an 11 year rounded top. Today's news continues its downtrend, so no reversal yet. Since Nov 2020.

Next stop 450, and as we've seen with HL and SJP share prices can become decimated by fee issues.

Finally, a 10% yield in this market is far too high, and the company can afford to cut it. Wait and see on March 22nd.

Filing the gap, down from today's high at 483, and should go to 455 before heading upwards again. Wait and see.
