Why we dont just offer ultimatums to clients is beyond me. You prove to people we have a product that can save you x y z and then tell them if they want it they need to meet some of QED expected timeframes. If they are genuine they would go out of their way to meet those demands and if they say no then fine move on and find a clinet or competitor who will. Otherwise the carrot dangling is all it will ever be. Some would prob say this would be crazy but at some point you need to make poeple/clients make a decision and commit. Currnently there has been little concrete commitment from any of the clients. Thats the big problem. Anyone would think they dont want to save money...its crazy.
