Fund raise basically saying don't expect any news in the next couple of months. I agree can't see people with 3 or 4 million shares suddenly finding another 5K to throw in.

Still trying to work out why they think raising more via open offer to existing shareholders is doing us a favour? Anyone enlighten me please.

Totally agree. Was just a bit surprised at the price. Guess that's business though and Jason wasn't holding all the cards so had to take what he could get at this stage. Get this sorted then onwards we go.

Sounds like this deal was done with the investors a while ago. To be fair raising the cash will probably mean more confidence in seeing the trials through so the share price will bounce straight back. How long does the cash give Quadrise? Surely this is now or never

Share price finished a bit odd. Is there a massive delayed sell going to pop up or are they trying to shake a few to hit stop losses so they can get some shares

Sounds clearly like a paper exercise to cover backsides. Making sure certain people take responsibilities for certain things and what to do if things arise. Can't see how it would ever be anything other than this. Still need to complete it though to tick that box prior to starting the LONO.

Totally. The difference between now and when Maersk tested is the politics and huge push for greener fuels. The fuel has clearly always been superior but Maersk never really had to change. MSC seem different and are giving out more signals that they are serious about the use of quadrise technology

That's a cracking article. Closer than ever to commercial roll out. MSc trial later this year. Market cap crazy low. This share really could go wild at any time. Just need that fuel supply agreement to get the ball rolling now.

Surely people would be crazy to sell now. Waited 10 or 15 years and potentially days and weeks away from company changing news and they decide to sell. Then again as you said the volume is minute so irrelevant really.

Any inference in the paragraph above that discusses MSC MOU with Shell to explore alternative fuels and their adoption I wonder?

The fact JM said it will be August when they receive the first milestone payment I guess he and Valkor knew this was all a formality prior to the actual court hearing. They are obviously confident things will get resolved then. We shall see....

Unfortunately not. Having said that July is lining up to be a potentially massive month for QED.

I hope it is because they are all rushed off their feet as all projects are go. Would be nice to know that though.

Interim MSAR LONO was granted with their previous trial so I would be surprised if there were any issues. The bioMSAR LONO would be the bonus.

I think realism that we may only be days or weeks away from pretty significant news and commercial deals is kicking in. Rekon there may be a good few weeks or rises in anticipation of this. It would be nice to get to 4-5p before the big news drops and then see another good rise.

Hoping next week is the big week. Morocco restart or fuel agreement, haz op or permits....or all of them!!

In a bizarre way the part failure and delay in Morocco followed by the reassurance from the client may actually convince potential investors more that they are serious. They could easily have used the mechanical failure as and easy out. The share price could shift nicely in anticipation of the trial restart and success and the hopefully commercial contract
