Reading this forum now for goodness knows how many years and don't personally see many posts as ramping. Posting facts either negative or positive is fine. So long as they are facts. It's a shame when the forum goes away from QED talk as most of the time it is pretty decent. Hoping for a decent month of news now :)

Biggest shipping country in the world. It is why as LTH we are all so frustrated as if they could speed things up a little and land any kind of commercial deal with MSC it would be massive for QED.

I would assume they are not particularly prioritising the HAZOP over the fuel supplier agreement. They said it is simply a paper exercise that can done without the ship so I guess they want to nail down the terminals and supplier asap and can then complete the HAZOP. As long as it is sorted ready for when they need to fuel the ship all should be good right? Would be nice to just hear news of the supplier in the next 4 weeks.

Very true but I guess not all people who participated in the fund raise will look for quick profit. As you mentioned many probably sold to buy back and others may have been happy to have added a few more shares.

Or a cheeky good RNS gets released soon and there is a massive scramble for stock. Who knows with QED!!

What would people on here deem a successful raise?Obviously 100% take up but would be ideal but do people feel 75% is a good result too?

I feel some on here who keep on saying about JM unable to get a contract over the line must have clearly missed the quite detailed RNS stating they have signed their first commercial contract with Valkor. They are also potentially weeks away from commercial contracts in morrocco. Not sure I would say we are in that bad a state. We are just low on cash.

Just watched it back and it does seem we are inching closer to a potentially massive reward but just wish there was more urgency in the fuel supplier deal. They admitted that it was them holding up the MSC trial as it sounds as if MSC are ready to roll. Best bit though...the lack of rain holding up the Americas trial agreement. Made me laugh you couldnt write it. Are we the most unlucky company ever!!!!

The reality is 1.1m plus whatever they get should do the job anyhow if we are to succeed. That assuming the Morocco trial gets done and commercial deal struck in addition to getting the additional money from Valkor in the next few months. Should these two milestones be met then I assume the price will be significantly higher and any additional funding could come from a lender in the form of debt due to the commercial nature of the business. Therefore maybe getting a smaller amount of funds may give the board a bit more of a kick up the behind to get things moving swifter.

I assume the second people get wind of a potential buyout the share price would go up 10 fold so wouldn't be only 17m. I don't know why they cant just provide financial support however they really wanted quadrise to succeed.

We are nearly 2 years delayed on the MSC trial but COVID did stop the world for about 2 years so I guess some delay can be attributed to this. Absolutely no excuse now though and everything should be progressing at good speed if they were serious about the fuel.

So when Jason said about giving the shareholders a good deal with the offer, maybe he does think news will come soon and 1.25p will look cheap to purchase shares. If a couple or block buster RNS comes this week and the price rockets maybe we will all look at the board differently. Mayve they are genuinely doing it for the shareholders.
