That’ll do for me HF. The SP will be more than it was this time last year once we get the full agreement confirmed and then will hopefully rise as the trial progresses. I certainly would never sell then but seeing the SP in double figures will feel a lot more comforting than where we are at present.

Do we have a date as to when we should expect the final bilateral agreememt between Cargill and MSC? Is the early 2026 start date for the Leandra V trial now delyed further?

We are working hard to have the final agreements completed in January 2026, the trial equipment should then take approx. 3 months to install and commission and the trial should then commence thereafter.

I’m still happy with this. If this comes to fruition then everything else is a bonus

One interesting point from the AGM was how Peter’s approach is literally the complete opposite of AM. When AM came in 2 years ago he said QED needed to double down on projects and only focus on the three main projects as their funds were limited. Peter has come in and basically said and is doing the complete opposite. I agree with PB and if other shipping company’s know that QED have just signed trials with another company it puts a rocket up their backside to become the first movers. Otherwise we have been prize pickings for just being strung along for all this time.

Is 10p possible? Um yep. Very possible. I mean if news about MSC lands and it refers to massive commercial agreement then it may take about 5 minutes of trading that day but I would think 10p is achievable. The sustainability report will be out soon. Always an interesting read. Will be good to see all the new stuff Lisa would have added.

Doesn’t mean to say SP won’t rise in anticipation mind. If we even get half of what Peter is hoping to do in the next couple of months I think the SP will reflect this and make a lot of people feel happier about their investment. That’s the irony about all this though, who would actually sell at say 10-12p? I don’t think I’m alone in saying when you have been a shareholder in this for so long it feels hard to sell at that sort of value as I feel like we all deserve more for our loyalty! Plus imagine if you sold out at 10 or 15p and then it went into the pounds!!

Great posts Diverking and Rob, think you pretty much both hit the nail on the head with your summaries and probably how many others felt watching the AGM. I also got the feeling Peter wanted to say a bit more but couldn’t as he did say on a few occasions, I can’t speak for Cargill or I can’t speak for MSC etc and then inferred some very good progress.

I also think it is fair (and I appreciate many may disagree) that JM gets some credit not just for developing this whole pipeline of products and getting us to this point, but for finally recognising that his skillset was limited in getting us over the line and turning Quadrise into something it could potentially be. It was him and his team that interviewed and subsequently recruited Peter so for that I am very grateful. As many have posted Peter honestly looks to be the man that if anyone can get us there it is him. I am actually quite excited for the next few months.

Only just managed to watch the Q and A now but I did manage to watch the rest live earlier. Must admit I feel pretty good after listening to Peter and his plan. Sounds like he is whipping all his team into shape and they have a very focused way forward. He clearly wanted to say more and 100% is on the brink of sorting the second trial. Hoping for a good few months. 👍 Good questions at the AGM btw. Think the investors did brilliant but Peter also responded very honestly.

Should Peter’s aims come to fruition and we have the marine trial running by Jan that alone should raise us to 8-10p. Chuck a SE refinery in there and maybe another marine trial and we will all be glazing over how wonderful things are and where will it go from double figures. January isn’t that far away so as SR just pointed out we are a seriously cheap gamble at the moment. Cheap with potentially wonderful returns so I will be continuing to take advantage of this price. I appreciate others will feel very different and may sell up now.

Impressed. He is a different level and very realistic. How can you mitigate problems if they are not foreseen!! He is on it at every level. Glad he is still targeting Jan for the MSC trial.

Moran I totally agree with everything you have said which is why I hope those questions will be asked of the board today. Simply asking them why has it taken a year to get nowhere? Until they answer that question I will wait and see. There could be a very good reason for this. As we know effective roll out is going to be tough with proper planning. Look at goodfuels. I’m intrigued to hear their comments but I was really hoping that Peter was there as I do not have as much belief in JM anymore sadly.

I’m optimistic as sooner or later alternative fuels have to come into play and Quadrise still clearly have the best product. I would rather wait until the AGM and see if they tell us they have achieved nothing and MSC are no longer pressing on with the trial before I make a call.

That’s the way I read it hopefullyretired. If during the AGM they tell us they are negotiating ongoing commercial roll out as they plan to use it on their entire fleet with a couple of years I am pretty sure the delays could be explained. Same thing happened last year and within 5 weeks of the AGM we had 6/7 RNS. I’m not excusing their BS as they clearly are deluded in how they put across their progress but I think Peter is the opposite. Will downplay things and then surprise us with something massive.

For all we know they could say the agreement is taking longer than expected as they are including commercial terms that will mean seamless transition to MSAR after the 1 month POC and 6-9 month BioMSAR trial. If this was their position, I would say then I am very happy with their progress as it will means there will be no delay like we are now experiencing with sparkle post trial. Let’s see what they say 👍
