All sounds good to me. Was worried about watching it after reading the first couple of comments but I didn’t think his enthusiasm had dropped off and certainly didn’t hear anything to suggest no other shipping companies are interested. Just goes to show how people interpret the same thing so differently. I too would have liked to hear more about the other projects and about his phone call to Morocco that he said he would make. Wonder how that went down? 🤦‍♂️

Looks like only 3 actual sells today and all of the rest would be buys. Even my buy went through at the lowest end. Must be a large sell at some point going to show up otherwise makes no sense. Then again the amount of shares traded overall is still exceptionally small.

I was being conservative with 10p. We know the trial will work as the fuel has been proven so many times. We know MSC are looking at multiple ships so I would think 10p may look cheap if MSC and Cargill are onboard. Anyway let’s just enjoy the anticipation. Could happen any day. I remember the last time we had so many bashers talking things down saying there would never be an agreement, it arrived in the November out of the blue. I’m would have thought they are damn close.

Some people are odd right DoN. I think I’m at the point now where if the news lands and the SP moves to 10p I’ll be more pleased at seeing the back of some false posters than actually the profits showing in my account!

One thing is for certain, this whole marine situation and offering is vastly bigger and more complicated than any of us have ever realised. If it has taken this long to line up and make sure everything is planned for post trial fuel manufacture, distribution and volumes, if this trial does get the nod and the agreements are signed I don’t think we will be looking at 10p like I had previously hoped for.

Totally agree DoN. It’s a wonderfully professional document and very good sales material so was wondering if the timing of its release is in anyway relevant. If we suddenly get the news of the big agreement soon we may be getting a lot of other interested parties looking in our direction.

Coincidence not confidence typo sorry

What’s people’s thoughts on the timing of the release today? Confidence that it has been released the day after IR got emails venting shareholder frustration. Maybe it was ready a while back but they have kept it ready for when they feel they needed to show some RNSable progress. I mean it’s a lovely report but still does nothing for shareholder value.

Or have they timed the release to present the company just before they release some other far more significant news that will attract a lot of attention? Or have the company just finished their homework late and released it asap?

I agree it probably won’t make a massive difference asking the questions but I don’t disagree it’s a bad idea. In the words of Peter, we need to be that ‘annoying little kid’ pestering people to get things done. It may be that the board need just as much pestering to then remember to pester MSC to pull their finger out. I think if there had been any material issues they would have communicated things though so the assumption has to be it must be very very close.

That was my thoughts too when I said it could be one seller effectively dropping the price single handedly. In the grand scheme of it, it’s not that many shares. If/when news drops every man and his dog wants shares and no one wants to sell them. Then we see a massive rerate. Good post Colins.

You are correct HF. The share price is extremely relevant if you are a trader. Not so much if you are looking to hold until commercialisation. One large holder could easily have sold their holding down over the last few weeks and pretty much single handily made the price drop from 3.5p to 2p. That still doesn’t mean news definitely won’t drop soon.

Crazy really. We are technically further progressed than when we hit 7p so goes to show how irrelevant the price is really. Just looks grim on paper and annoys everyone.

To be fair if we haven’t progressed multiple projects before March PB will have proven himself to be considerably less effective than even Jason was as a CEO. He has been brought in to get things done not just faff about for months on end. Jason would normally progress at least something on a monthly basis even if it was project development. Currently, however, we are very quiet which backs up Peter’s comments at the AGM that a lot of them are fully working towards the marine agreements/trial. I still think/hope we will see this shortly.

No idea HF but we all hope it is. If it isn’t I will continue to hold and if it is I will continue to hold so fortunately doesn’t change my situation but I appreciate maybe it does for others.

Remember QED fuel isn’t just about climate and emissions only. Cost savings are huge too. If MSC were to roll it out they would save tens of millions per year on fuel alone.

I rekon PB is now feeling the craziness of AIM market. They have probably progressed projects but not RNSable and yet like you said the SP is 40% down. Just goes to show how irrelevant the share price is for longer term holders.

I think similar to what you just said. Wouldn’t surprise me if there is a bit of a an excitement spike on the agreement where is hits maybe 10p over a few days of increases and then settles back around 6-8p where we then have a slow progressive increase over time from here during the actual trials. On successful completion I think it would also spike and then on a confirmed commercial agreement I think we can all celebrate 🙌 cos it could really steam on then
