I wouldn’t say no material progress HF. There has been an enormous amount of ground work done by the sounds of it on the global refinery side, Panama permits, establishing how the OCP project will proceed etc. The fact QED have chosen to not RNS some things that may have been RNS before is exactly why Peter said he would do. When he does drop in an RNS it will be significant. I’m just hoping it is Quadrise, MSC, Cargill agreement. Then again I’ll be happy if it is a refinery deal in Panama or Singapore. Or happy if it related to Valkor progress.

I probably did HF and I definitely was disappointed they were not signed. That was based on far less information than we have now though. I would be doubly disappointed not to see them by end of this month at latest. It would be nice to see the trials actually start this year 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Totally Old_Toby. I felt like we are probably closer than even he portrayed in the meetings but I would agree if we see nothing in the next 3 weeks then the doomsters will be out in force again. And probably rightly so as it will be another missed target. I appreciate Peter said he wouldn’t give a timeline as he felt he could end up shooting himself in the foot but if he thought it would be months away not weeks I don’t think he could have justified saying what he did.

Or until the agreement. Which could be anytime. Possibly next week. Who knows!!!!

It must be the most elaborate scam of all time. So much so they have even hoodwinked two of the biggest private companies in the world to be part of it without them realising it.

To be fair if some of the negative posters haven’t been continually bashing the company the SP could have been a lot higher. Ironically I may soon have them to thank for giving me the opportunities over the years to increase my holding at such low prices. Thank you all.

Or Yorkie….you time it wrong and it goes up 10%. You then hope it drops again but the agreement is signed. You will then be fuming as you wouldn’t want to buy in at a higher price. Risky business selling all shares at the moment as the agreement could drop any day.

I like the answer to question 6…… commercial considerations' refers to potential scale up of supply of Quadrise fuels to the MSC fleet.

5 years Yorkie 😳, I hope your wrong. I think if this marine deal gets over the line and we get a successful trial and commercial deal we will be there a lot quicker than that. Having said that as we all know this marine deal seems to be the big breaking point. We get it and we fly, but more delays and we continue frustrated as we all are. Many would disagree but I feel if we get this signed then I think we will see the Singapore refinery deal shortly afterwards and then another 3 or 4 over the next 12-24 months. We just need to get the MSC Cargill deal sorted.

The_Adams I know you seem pretty sceptical of success but assuming you are a shareholder what price are you looking at for an exit?

😂 I honestly don’t know but just my impression was that Yorkie is someone quite different. I may be wrong as I also through Quadrise was a great investment 20 years ago! Hoping the prove me right asap.

You can tell who are the same by people’s grammar, spelling and choice of words. It really doesn’t matter though. I’m still hopeful for a sooner than expected RNS on the trial agreement as I think Peter was keeping his cards very close to his chest. Also Jason dropped an accidental hint at one point in the Q and A when he mentioned the finalising of the commercial aspect between MSC and Cargill, then quickly added another reason as if he wasn’t meant to give too much away.

I’m surprised the price has actually dropped as much as it has. Thought the 100K at about 2.7p bought earlier today would have given it some decent support.

Totally agree Tuckman. Great post. I think Peter was very quietly confident. I remember Jason saying a similar thing 18 months ago in a meeting and then the news dropped the following week. Then another RNS came and then another. It is what propelled the SP then. This is way bigger this time so fingers crossed we don’t need to wait too long !!

Makes me laugh how we will now get all the traders popping onto this board now to try and manipulate sentiment. Guess they have no idea most of us have been here 20 years and have frustratingly studied the day to day movement of the SP and trades in the hope of the news we all want. Guess they wouldn’t know the potential significance of the last update and meeting.
