Think the AGM was not clearly advised as per the usual process and many did not know about it, so could not vote, therefore it was put back a month.

The other theory was that there was market sensitive material going to be released and because there had been I director buy, it would have contravened the closed 30 day period, so it was Adjourned

Anyone else got anything to add to that?

At the end of the day, is is you that needs to review where ITX stand and make a decision that is best for you, I can only like you look at the facts and decide what is best for me , It would be wrong of anyone on this BB to give advise on this in my opinion, as however well meant, this advise is there prospective.

We grew our Performance Ingredient revenues in Europe, Middle East, and Africa ("EMEA") to $3.9m in 2025, up from $1.9m in 2024, representing 104% year-on-year growth. Based on the number of shipments we have made to Antwerp since say November 2025, I would suggest that we would be surpassing the $3.9 million revenue for the whole of 2025 in the first 6 months of 2026, as we are now hitting 3 shipments of 20 Metric Tonnes a month at the moment.

The whole change in the legislation in Europe must be of a huge benefit to ITX

Because the RNS for the AGM was not advised in the usual manner and was buried within the "PRELIMINARY RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025" RNS then I think that many missed this and did not get the chance to vote, hence the adjournment?

I must admit I only stumbled across it myself when doing a bit of research.

Itaconix PLC adjourned its Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for May 14, 2026, without conducting any business or considering any resolutions. [1, 2]

Based on the company's announcement, the adjournment was a procedural step to allow more time for voting and shareholder participation, rather than being due to a publicly disclosed operational, financial, or legal issue. [1, 2, 3]

That is not the case, I did not get a reply from John/laura as it was raised by solo that the AGM was advised in a previous RNS

was announced in the prelims and voting was available 26 March due by 1st May
