Morning All,
Having watched the video, again, BA does say that there is a small amount of field work to do. I'm thinking that he is referring to drilling but it would have been nice of him to say what that, "field work" actually entails instead of wandering off from the aspects that matter to me (and I assume, you?) and talking about COP22. He will, in his own time, clarify what they have been doing. Won't he? Of course he will:)
All best wishes,
AJ
Evening Timmomo, saw your post this morning and hoped someone would be able to respond with a knowledgeable answer. Hope you are correct in your first assumption and the remnant core from the initial testing can be reused to ascertain spod 5. Or has that data already been collected and just needs analysis? Twould be nice if that was the case.
Have a good weekend.
AJ
Hi Laverda,
Yes, relocations can be tricky and even here in the UK it doesn't always go as well as hoped. I'm studying a relocated population of slow worms (legless lizards) just outside of Cambridge and hoping to get one or two Masters students involved in describing their genetic variability as we don't know how closely related the founding population is. Will check for signs of gold and lithium next time I'm down there!
Laverda, you're right. Gonna put me best frock on for the Interim RNS! It'll be a night to remember. Will have to be home by midnight of course. Won't do for a man of my age to be seen trawling the streets of Cambridge after midnight in a ballgown! Might be mistaken for a Cambridge University Student and lobed into the river Cam! Most undignified!
Hi Laverda,
Would be nice to have any news at all from BA to keep investors in the picture and prevent Kodal from slipping off any potential investors radar. If Kodal get anything like Firefinch (pro rata) then plenty of cash to make progress with. And please, no dilution.
Hi Daz, so many scenarios. Maybe we should have a pool of possibilities and everyone has to pay the winner a tube of Smarties?? smiley face imogie! I would love an update from BA in the next week or two via any media.
All best wishes to all investors,
AJ
Conservative estimates. To embellish the situation would bring credibility into doubt. I get loads of drivel telling me how I am missing out on BTC and its meteoric rise to infinity and beyond, Buzz Lightyear, can't remember when he said it! Anyway, it's holding its own and there are quite exciting prospects ahead, methinks.
Hi COB, as I view this RNS it is telling us that the company cannot offer any more shares for services or favours. So, if someone wanted to take a slice in lieu of a cash payment, we would see share dilution (creation of more shares) to honour our pledge. Now, what is BA and his band of colleagues trying to tell us? Are we going for dilution, (I would hope NOT like the Dickens!) or is he telling us that there is a deal in the making and if you want skin in this game, you'll have to offer a price that will tempt someone to part company with their investment. Anyone else got something to add? Be polite (as if I needed to say that:)
All best, AJ
Evening all,
So, there are no more shares available to manipulate the market? What is BA up to? I'm thinking that another message is pending and LTH can relax any concerns that might give a buy in on the cheap! What does the secondary BOD think?
Laverda, I guess they are concerned that making the details public at this point might set a precedent. I'm guessing, of course, that no news might be good news! Or, perhaps there is still more to finalise and this can only be done when materials eventually begin to change hands? The mind boggles!
Hi Laverda, I agree there are numerous scenarios that might come to fruition and I suggest that BA might wear a body cam in future (outside the bedroom and bathroom, of course) so he can keep us fully in the loop! All those in favour, say "Aye"
Not sure we could really pressure BA into this fly on the wall experiment!
Great to get a feel of the excitement that is building over the coming months and like yourself, I would love to hear of a new deal in similar circumstances so we can see what is possible for Kodal and its core of "INVESTORS". And what about the gold?
Morning Laverda,
I think take or pay might not be as good as it sounds. The point I would like to raise is that it might be useful to a supplier of a product that is perishable or might diminish in value over time but I don't think you could treat the commodity like you could when you sell someone a seat in an aircraft and then sell it again when the original purchaser didn't arrive in time and then you can make an additional killing by fleecing someone desperate to pay for the seat just prior to take off. Not pretending I know much at all about the subject matter but I would need a lot of faith in the authenticity of the individual or entity I was dealing with if I was selling them bricks. Hope the point I am trying to convey comes across as, more-than-less, rationale?
Regards, AJ
Well in this case, and including my own Lithium post, it seems that the topic of Lithium was left behind and talks of gold, fertiliser and takeovers have taken precedence. We do have quite a bit of Lithium, you know, and I am happy to think that the desperate hope of a takeover will soon evaporate as I don't buy into AIM to get my money back + a packet of sweets.
