I was able to make most of the session. Definitely given me confidence in Klarian’s trajectory and their ability to make CTAI whole one way or another. Personally would like a mix of cash and equity, because it does seem Klarian are near to scaling commercially.

Nice to see this perking up again. Some solid news from Alludium and any repayment/equity from Klarian should see a significant rerate imo.

First catalyst should be the presentation on Friday. Hope they’re more focused on what investors want to hear this time around.

TT - Alludium have never claimed to building a LLM like Claude so I don’t understand your comment. Alludium is a platform for building AI agents, and they use LLMs as the underlying infrastructure.

Kong - the latest post regarding Claude just states that Alludium customers can utilise the newest Claude model (released yesterday) in the platform. Basically they have access to the latest and greatest tech but unfortunately not an announcement that will move the needle here.

They’ve started to push the VC narrative and I’ve been told they’ll be releasing demos soon. They definitely need to be marketing more heavily and need to announce new VC customers soon.

Looks like some decent buys going through at this level and selling looks to be mostly done. Should be a favourable entry whilst awaiting next Alludium news imo.

This Klarian situation has become a bit of a joke. Catenai should have set one realistic date for payment to be made, even if far down the line.

I do see some positive signs that at least some payment will be made:

- they’re bothering to hold a webinar

- Klarian have signed an MOU for a pilot project

- I’ve seen a LinkedIn post from the CEO of the British Pipeline Agency (JV between BP & Shell) calling out Klarian as one of two innovative companies in this space a couple of months ago. Quite the endorsement.

It does seem Klarian’s business is on the rise again but they obviously don’t have sufficient cash flow at the moment.

In any event, I think non-payment from Klarian is already priced in here. Any payment would be a positive surprise, and any significant Alludium news should rerate the SP imo.

Agreed, better to set a realistic date than to keep extending. The short extension does give me hope that Klarian will actuallly be in position to start paying this back soon though, even if in parts.

Hoping the delay in follow up is because Klarian are on the verge of arranging funding/signing a deal but let’s see.

More news on commercial developments at Alludium would definitely be welcome too.

I’m not sure what’s difficult to understand about the RNS. It’s just confirming Alludium have built out deployable agents for VCs and have focussed GTM strategy (and their website) to this vertical. This is in line with their plans which they previously announced. Now we just need to see how quickly they can sign VCs up.

I’m sure they will leverage SVVs contacts in the industry to get Alludium in the door at many VC firms. The great thing about VCs is that they can then recommended Alludium to their portfolio companies down the line.

Once they have a few VCs signed up, I think that rerates Alludium’s current valuation and the CTAI share price.

Let’s see what happens re Klarian tomorrow/Monday too. Hopefully a nice surprise there.

Nice to see the offering for the VC vertical launched! Alludium now has a very clear value proposition for a target market in which they themselves are experts in. VCs can plug Alludium into their existing workflows and save significant time and effort.

They say GTM is in motion and I expect they’ll have a number of VCs signed up in short order. If they can get even 20 VCs paying $50k a year (much less than a single salary) they can hit $1m ARR. That would significantly change Alludium’s valuation.

More verticals to follow too.

They’re definitely utilising Claude.

Skimming through their GitHub repositories, it looks like they’re working around the clock to get the VC workflows up and running. Imagine if they can sign up a bunch of VC’s, creating a decent ARR base before expanding to other verticals. This would multiply Alludium’s valuation very quickly.

They have also worked on loads of integrations since I had checked in March/early April. It’s all looking very impressive and I’m personally quite excited for their next announcement, which feel like it could be soon.

Plenty of buying here last week, lots of technical activity at Alludium, and potential for some/all of Klarian money to be returned or CTAI taking a stake in that business which seems to be reviving.

Personally expect to see this higher by the end of the week and significantly higher soon as Alludium’s commercialisation progresses.

Kong - you can see this on their GitHub which has been mentioned over the last few days. John Frizelle (Founder/CEO) and one of their tech leads have been working on the VC workflows daily. IMO they must be readying these for release imminently.

Worth noting John Frizelle was part of the founding team at FeedHenry which was sold to RedHat for around €65m.

Also, not sure if this is correct, but I thought they previously had 10 employees noted on LinkedIn but now have 11. If they’ve been hiring, that would be another positive sign.

Alludium team have been very actively developing the VC workflows over the last month. They did say this would be the initial vertical they will start targeting commercially.

Been quiet from them for a few weeks now but personally thinking it’s the quiet before the storm. Hoping they’ll have some exciting developments to announce next week. If tied in with repayment (even partial) of CLN from Klarian, CTAI could be ready to rerate imo.

There’s certainly activity on Alludium’s GitHub. Looks like they’re readying for the wider release of the VC workflows.

Will be good to see both legs over .30 again on the march back up to prior highs. In a better position now than ever with Alludium.

Some big buys going through today. Saw similar buying before the deal with Alludium was announced. Hopefully it means we’ll hear something exciting soon.

Did see Alludium are signed up for the Web Summit again this year, perhaps they have some other marketing stuff planned.

Alludium should start gearing up now they have all their compliance in order.

The short extensions for Klarian repayment points to Klarian actively working on bringing in funding/rev imo. I think that any cash which comes back from this would be a big positive here. From their LinkedIn, I think the partner they were working with was ROSEN Group, who are valued around £3bn and have annual devs of about £750m. Any substantial work with their customers could completely change outlook there.

But main piece for CTAI is still Alludium. Looking forward to the next catalyst from them to really get the SP moving here again.

Very happy to see ISO 27001 certification and the SOC 2 audit completed. Was waiting to see these. Absolutely key for working with enterprise customers.

IMO the Alludium team continue to make all the right moves to build something huge here.

Looking better this morning. Some decent buying and a big tick up on the bid. MMs also willing to take ~15m shares in one go. Think we start seeing a recovery back .40+ soon.

They clearly stated in an RNS that there would be an update on Klarian early April, followed by an investor meet webinar. It’s only April 1 so I’m sure we’ll hear soon.
