Magpie - having accessed the platform, what in your opinion makes it far from ready for commercial launch? If you don’t mind sharing, what use cases are you trying to develop and how helpful/unhelpful has the platform been? Also, in terms of timeline, how far off do you estimate them to be from full launch (e.g. weeks, months)?

My understanding from the presentation is that they have landed on pricing but I guess it’s still helpful to ask users for feedback.

Could see multiple catalysts in the near term imo.

Big one is Alludium generating revenue and/or raising at a significantly higher valuation than when CTAI invested.

Repayment by Klarian of a pretty significant sum could come this month or next.

CTAI could also try to use this crypto dip to start building the crypto treasury.

Hoping for a decent rerate here over the next month or two however if Alludium have a good start this could be a different beast in a year.

Roger - if the company’s management is so bad, why were you invested here before selling out before the new year? And why do you openly admit that you’ll invest here again if the price drops?

Yesterday’s RNS does not state that Sanderson have been selling shares. On the contrary it notes that Sanderson increased its position from around 93m shares to 230m shares between February and July last year. The reduction in percentage of ownership is due to dilution resulting from shares issued as part of the Alludium deal/funding. CTAI’s website shows Sanderson hold the same amount of shares as of yesterday. In any event, the threshold was crossed on 21 July 2025, so has nothing to do with the large delayed trades the other day (clearly buys imo given the price).

Not sure if Roger is unable to understand the RNS (if so should probably withhold commenting) or is purposefully trying to spread misinformation to drive the price down for his next trade. Either way not a good look.

Hoping for some positive commercial news as we move into February.

Oh Roger, I’m not a trader here for a few days. You however have traded this share, given you were in a month ago and sold, and no doubt are looking for an even cheaper re-entry point.

I’ve been in long since the announcement of the deal was made and have been adding throughout. Of course there is execution risk but I’m happy to wait and see what Alludium can deliver given the low mcap here and absolutely huge potential for a rerate if Alludium can get this going commercially, which we shall see over the coming weeks/months.

And those trades were very clearly buys given the price. Let’s see if we get any more.

Two huge 20m buys from midday yesterday. Clear buys given the price at the time. Remember seeing similar huge buying before the announcement of the deal last year and CTAI shot up 500%. Hoping for some similar action again.

Number of potential catalysts. Could get very exciting here.

Only a matter of weeks before Alludium starts generating revenue. Alludium’s valuation should increase dramatically once that happens. Its competitors are valued in the billions but even a modest £100m valuation to start with would value CTAI’s share at £13m - 2x its current mcap. Alludium could go on to be much more valuable very quickly.

Good to see this back on the way up. Was way oversold imo but glad I managed to pick up a nice chunk more.

Alludium revenue generating as of next month. Once the numbers start rolling in it’s gives us a better idea of potential valuation of Alludium. Competitors all valued in the billions.

News of paying customers should give this a push to new highs imo but a long hold here could see some serious returns as Alludium gain enterprise adoption.

Annoying that Klarian cash is not in yet but they seem to be quite active so expect money will come in soon enough. Should then hear more about further investments in crypto treasury or further AI investment.

Presentation was decent today but seems timelines are putting people off. They said they’d start their commercial strategy in Feb. If they start getting revenue in then this should start taking off again. They suggested it’s the same commercial model as Lovable, who reached $100m ARR in like 10 months and is now valued around $6bn. Let’s see what Q1 2026 brings

Demo of Alludium’s product and probably an update on business plan at the presentation on 18th December.

Personally think the drop to these levels is insane. Yes the launch at summit didn’t meet a lot of peoples expectations but the product was demo’d to various folks and there will be more coming out publicly soon.

IMO Alludium could easily do a funding round at a significantly higher valuation than when CTAI got involved - just need to look at similar start ups (some of whom were also exhibiting at WebSummit).

I don’t expect CTAI to stay under a £10m mcap for long.

Mitch - as Snake noted, Alludium is not created or run by Catenai. Catenai have invested in it. It is being developed and run by folks involved with SVV who have had successful tech exits.

Irrespective, no one is expecting that Alludium will be competing against big tech. There are plenty of small tech companies that find their own niches. No one is expecting Alludium to be a trillion dollar company. They could reasonably hit a valuation of a few billion though looking at other start ups in the space, and that could significantly increases CTAI share price.

But all depends on tech and execution. Expected more to have come out of the summit by now to be honest but doesn’t mean it’s not coming. A few demos showing insight into the tech or a couple of signed contracts would definitely bring confidence back.

Definitely did not expect to see CTAI back down at these prices. Looking well oversold now.

IMO this should move back to .60+ in quick order as we get updates from Alludium’s attendance at recent conferences + any announcements of pilots/engagements.

Looking way oversold here. Crazy it’s back at these prices given things are now moving at Alludium.

Next conference for Alludium (Slush in Finland) starting tomorrow. Loads of VCs attending. I wouldn’t be surprised if Alludium manage to start raising significant money soon, and suspect it will be at a much higher valuation that when CTAI agreed its deal at the start of the year.

I’ve seen this share bag and come back down again a few times. I have no doubts it will heads up again but hoping it finally goes into the pennies and stays up.

There will be lots of news coming out of Alludium now they’ve officially launched. They still have another conference coming up. Plus CTAI have crypto treasury strategy progressing and around £600k cash coming back in by end of year from Klarian.

Looks to be ticking up again. MMs happy to take 5 million shares in one go (but won’t be getting them from me at this price).

Should be plenty of news on the back of this summit. Hopefully the team have been drumming up some business and possibly encouraged some further investment at a much higher valuation too. Let’s see.

Surprised to see momentum slowed in the run up to the presentation.

Personally excited to see the platform in action. If as ground breaking as some of the devs have suggested then surely Alludium valuation completely rerates and CTAI goes into the pennies.

I’ve been in since early and already in good profit but looking to hold here for a while as I’m confident in the valuation Alludium could reach once contracts/revenue starts coming in, or on its next funding round or possible exit.

Some big sells as well as some big buys. Assuming some warrant holders, or those who have been in since year lows, are taking some profit here. To be expected but also expect new buyers to be coming in as the Alludium business develops.

Thursday is just the start. CTAI should keep heading north as Alludium release news on pilots, revenue and potentially even a buyout. Think the rises will happen in legs as this develops but happy to wait it out to see a rise like ALRT did here. CTAI also has the crypto treasury play which we should hear more about too, and cash coming back from Klarian by end of year.

Lots of upside here yet imo.
