Great movement so far today. Hopefully traders from low .20s (Roger I’m looking at you) are all sold out. Would be good to get to the .50/.60 levels before news on next catalysts (e.g. news on number of users, any enterprise deals, confirmation of revenues etc.).

Should test .35p again today. If that breaks, no resistance until .60p, according to Zak Mir’s chart yesterday

Roger I’m sure you were quiet yesterday because you probably jumped in for a trade and are back to your usual tactics to get in for another trade.

Alludium have delivered - the platform is live and shall soon be generating revenue. The team will be rolling out new features in the coming weeks and I’m sure will be focussing more effort on outreach and sales.

Klarian not repaying is already priced in here, however if they do it will be a nice surprise to the SP.

Was expecting an afternoon run above .45p today but looks like we’ve been consolidating around .28/.29. Amazed folks can still purchase around the same price as the warrants awarded to the founders of Alludium for launching the product!

Managed to get 3m more myself. Expecting this to do a few multiples from here as news is digested and further PR and announcements are made from the team.

Yeah I don’t think they’re even aiming to be an Amazon, Google etc., not to say they don’t forsee being bought out by big tech, just as Manus have done with Meta.

They don’t need to think on that scale to be successful. Plenty of narrower tech companies valued in the multi billions which I think they’re more realistically aiming for

Potential2Rise - why would warrant holders sell at their exercise price? They would then be purchasing shares to make 0% gain. Makes no sense.

The holders will purchase the shares under these warrants for £300k (additional cash for CTAI). Clearly they will want to make a profit on their investment. Given the know the potential for Alludium, I’d assume they would be holding on until significant value is seen (e.g. 5-10x the warrant price).

F1 - no one had heard of Manus (which literally just exhibited at the same event as Alludium in November) but it still has lots of users and just got bought by Meta for $2BN.

Lots of reasons why companies would rather use an Alludium, including product differentiation and pricing. The fact the tech has already been validated by Google for their select tier partnership is huge.

I suspect those warrants will be held tightly until there’s significant gains here. They know what they’re building and they know about significant increasing values of start ups. Those warrants will be the only way the founders can realise value until Alludium either IPOs or exits. I think they’ll want to max that value.

Was obvious there would be sells once past .30 as some happy to take a 50% trade if they got in low .20s but value here has always been obvious to me and this should clearly be on a run to 1p+ in the very short term. Any sells now will likely get eaten up as this has so long to run.

If Alludium announce an enterprise deal or two in the coming weeks this will do silly numbers.

Launch for Alludium is just the start. Now users onboarding. Soon revenues incoming. Potential for large enterprise deals or even a buyout from big tech.

This is currently the best prospect on AIM imo.

I wonder what Alludium would be valued at today on launch. Seen plenty similar companies valued 9 figures plus pre-rev. Then it’s a whole lot more once there’s recurring revs!

Yeah imo this should at least be back in the .60s today given the low mcap and what was achieved in the build up to launches previously. Honestly this should surpass the highs set when the deal was announced.

The platform is live and ready to start generating revenue. I’ve signed up and am looking forward to seeing what it can do and I’m sure the team will now focus efforts on outreach and sales.

If it can even do a fraction of what Loveable achieved, with £100m ARR in 8 months, this will be a monster.

Alludium founders were always going to be issued shares on launch. Only 100m - not huge - but also at a 50% premium to current share price.

Should be a massive rerate here.

Yes, looks like Alludium PR is picking up again and been some more public vis of the platform. Alludium’s LinkedIn following is growing too. Could actually be ready for public release soon.

Hopefully that means the reversal for the CTAI share starts soon, although was hoping for a final top up at these levels later this week.

Certainly a risk, Kong. The numerous extensions don’t breed confidence but let’s see. To be fair, I feel like the market is pricing CTAI as if that money isn’t coming back so could be a nice surprise boost if it does.

Alludium investment is definitely the biggest draw here and feels like they’re not too far away from getting off the ground. Been advised I should hear back on access soon so look forward to seeing the platform.

Last week of February next week. Perhaps we’ll get some more news on Alludium or the Klarian repayment (if they want to avoid paying additional fees).

Holding here at least until the end of the year though. Alludium’s value and CTAI’s share price could be many multiples of current levels if they execute well over the coming months. Just need a few customers to get the ball rolling.

Magpie - you’ve mentioned a couple times that you have early access. Great to know more people anre being onboarded. Are you able to share any details - e.g. what’s good/what’s not so good? I was advised they’re still assessing applications and I should hear back soon.

Re the £100 p/m for the full feature system - the rev model says this is just for 10,000 credits for an individual but it goes up further for heavier users. Enterprise customers could potentially pay well over £50k p/m if they use the platform heavily.

Can see how revenue could drive up quickly given how much time/money this automation can save companies. Even if not £100m in 8 months, still could reach big numbers very quickly imo.
