This is way oversold imo. Mcap now hardly any more than the cash recently raised and no consideration for the investments made/to be made (irrespective of their maturity). Looks like people have been panicked into selling or just got bored. I saw the same when this was taken down to 0.15 earlier in the year. The right news could turn this around again very quickly, as we saw then.

Holding onto my sizeable holding here and adding when I can, waiting for the rerate.

Sharebel either can’t read or trying to spread FUD. The RNS clearly states they’ve taken the full 13% which was previously announced. The 10% noted was a bonus awarded on the full amount due to taking up the second tranche.

CTAI seem to be delivering on what they’ve said but market isn’t patient enough to wait for results. News on crypto strategy should come soon.

Roger, it’s a fact that the company just raised £1.6m in cash. The further share issue following approval at GM and payment to creditors by way of shares was already flagged in the prior RNS.

The fact creditors are willing to take shares for payment is a positive and means the company retains more cash for investment.

Should start seeing progress from here on both Alludium investment and crypto strategy.

At least the drop has given volume a lift. Trades had been minimal for a number of days. Taken some more here myself as this seems too cheap given they just raised substantial cash at 0.35. Let’s hope news follows to take this back up.

Must admit I did not expect CTAI to be down at these levels again, and odd to see such a large amount of selling into the GM. The company has lots of cash and a clear investment strategy - mcap seems too cheap. But let’s see what comes out post GM.

2 x huge £70k delayed buys after the bell last night. Someone is loading heavily. Saw similar buying before the move from .16 to .85. Let’s see what’s coming.

MMs willing to take 10m+ shares in one go despite the lack of trading so far today. Ask rises quickly on small buys. Just need some market moving news.

Some decent buying at the end of Friday, hopefully that continues this week. Couldn’t make the Alludium presentation but sounds like the tech and commercial strategy are progressing. Would hope to hear news of paying users soon.

Roger65 - it hardly dipped much under .35 and there was not much available under that price but yes I also hope I get it right one day soon! I think a bit of patience here could see this do very well. Let’s see how it goes.

Strange games from the MMs. Can now sell millions of shares above the current ask.

What a great opportunity to pick up shares below the placing price.

Cannot understand the selling under the placing price. The company managed to raise £1.6m at 0.35. Those who cornerstoned are obviously expecting big gains on that price. My guess is bored individuals are selling to buy into the daily riser (and are likely to get spiked). 0.35 has to be a base here now and some patience should see a solid return imo.

Alludium presentation in two days could kick off some decent news flow.

Bid’s been rising despite the sells. Looks like MMs collecting from short-sighted traders who were looking for a rise today based on receipt of Klarian cash. This should start heading back up soon, especially after the Alludium presentation on Thursday.

Lots going on here at CTAI for actual investors willing to be a little patient imo (and personally don’t think the wait will be long). Cash position now fantastic and strategic investments ready and set to take off.

Very strange people selling under the recent placing price. Assume they were just here hoping for an instant gain and now looking for other rainbows to chase because Klarian money is delayed.

Think they’re forgetting that the company already has lots of cash now for investments and Alludium will start taking off soon. This will starting moving again soon imo.

The Klarian cash will just enable us to buy more bitcoin/tao down the line.

Did think we’d be closer to 1p by this afternoon rather than still at .40. Next week we should get an update on Klarian cash (perhaps it’s slightly delayed but should get an update) and also Alludium presentation on Thursday 3rd July. Hopefully see some fireworks by July 4th.

Even w/o the Klarian money this should have at least bagged with the last RNS. Raising £1.6m at the prior day’s bid is a feat in itself, let alone the use of the funds in two booming sectors. It feels like sentiment has just been down this week but agree with others that when sentiment returns this is a prime contender to fly with the low mcap. Hold for gold imo.
