Any suggestions guys? Like Pebble I am using the link and code just emailed to me. I've tried it numerous times with different codes but every time it takes me to the 2021 agm page. NOT IMPRESSED!
My last silly question. I have registered and just tried to log in to the agm page. It shows the following: Novacyt AGM 2021
Monday, 18 October 2021 13:00. Is anyone else seeing that???
Thanks Ted. I thought I was registered but apparently not. I shall wait to see whether they approve me in the next hour. I appreciate the link.
Is there a link to view the agm? I have emailed Mandy with my proof of share ownership but I'd like to watch the board account for their abysmal efforts recently
Thanks Pebble. I will try that right now.
Silly question, I've been sick with Covid for a while and have not seen any communications from the company. I only realised this morning that today is the AGM. I'm probably too late to cast my vote but is there any way I can attend the meeting online? Does anyone have a link please. Any assistance much appreciated.
I've just come home to see this news. To say I'm sickened is an understatement. Many recent posters will not know me but I have been invested for a very long time. Me and my young lad Dylan thought this was gonna hit ninety eleven hundred pounds a share (his call, not mine!). Now I think we'll be lucky to get 99p a share. How did it all go so very wrong. We have truly been played. I am still (probably foolishly) fully invested, covid is on the rise again, it is possible that this will also rise like a phoenix. I hope but won't hold my breath. Good luck all holders particularly those longterm investors like us boys in Suffolk.
A good start to a Tuesday morning. It will be great to see a few more approved on that list. So looking forward to the end of this month. LOTS of positive news to come. GLA
Good morning Wilson, hope you are keeping well? Yes me and Dylan are still about, looking in everyday, waiting patiently for the day we can complete constructing of our tree house and reach our ninety eleven hundred pounds a share (but he's growing up now and thinks saying that amount was stoopid and something only a baby would say lol. He's still my baby even if he has just rolled his eyes at me lol!!) . What's our tongue twister to get our teeth into at breakfast? Sheaf Hearted, Ice Melter - hmm, we'll have a go. Take care and have a good day. We BOTH think there's much exciting news to come soon and we continue to wait patently like good boys! Have a great day.
I for one wouldn't be very happy to see a take over price down at these levels. Are there enough of us pi's to potentially stop a bid if it was felt to be too low?
I agree Temuchin, several of my family members have it and lots of others I am aware of. In the Governments eyes Covid has gone away, in real life it is still very much alive and kicking. My family are still taking maximum precautions. I hope everyone remains safe and well and for those suffering currently, get well soon.
I feel so sorry for your wife, her family and the entire population of Ukraine Bluelight. I can imagine she is worried out of her mind. I'm not sure of the answer to a resolution. As you say the west has no appetite to be involved in a war and is to all intent and purpose floundering blindly. Putin laughs at the prospect of financial sanctions. As of now he holds all the cards and has the upper hand. I pray for your family and friends.
Worrying times. Particularly for our kids (but far worse of course for the poor children and people of Ukraine). Mine is worrying about ww3 and being nuked. That has now leapfrogged his worry about being killed off because of climate change. Our children should not have to be worrying about things like that. I'm pretty certain that nuclear bombs will not be dropped but I do believe Putin has the capability to cause massive cyber disruption in the west. That is my fear. Prepare for major disruption on the stock markets. Maybe best not to even look in here too often for a while. Novacyt's time will come we just need to be patient. In the grand scheme of things one's investments are not really a priority right now. Stay safe and reassure you young'uns if they are worrying! Take care
Hopefully a turning point for ALL of us. DA MUST work harder and better to increase shareholder value. A good start would be to hear from our company regularly!
Aldebaran, I have to say when I was out yesterday in Ipswich, Suffolk I saw very few people not wearing their masks. I think most are still taking precautions and I don't believe it's over just because our Government says it is. It hasn't gone away as much as you might try to convince yourself it has. In truth I think we might be in for a very rude awakening in the next few weeks.
I'm not sure that ALL fit people only get mild cases. I had a call yesterday from a very close friend. She and her mum and dad all have Covid (tested positive on Thursday). All FIT and HEALTHY. Dad is this morning on life support, my friend has O2 sats of 84% and dropping but is scared to call an ambulance or go to the hospital because there will be no one left to look after her mum who is also very poorly in bed. It's mild for many BUT NOT for all. This is nowhere near over and there will always be a need for companies like Novacyt to produce tests and possibly more importantly sequence those tests to alert us to what new variants are entering the UK. Our Government has given up on that to try to save Boris. It scares me if I'm truthful. It should scare YOU!
Solid rns and a future strategy, results in line with expectations and of course not including much of what will have been generated from Omicron (that's to come!). Us Suffolk boys are happy with that. Hopefully the ii's will start to take notice now? Now many diagnostics business with £100 million in the bank. Even if today's results don't alter the sp massively the future certainly looks bright. Have a great day everyone from me and Dylan.
We NEED sharehunter3 and his contagious enthusiasm to gee everyone up - He'd be getting those French buyers buying and the English buyers would be worrying about missing out lol. Sadly it looks like he hasn't posted anything at all on LSE since Feb '21. I hope he's well.
I am 70% down on my investment Beverley. Embarrassed and annoyed at myself for yet again falling foul of an AIM listed company. Hurricane & Block Energy sucked me in and I lost more than I could really afford to. I often tell my boy Dylan that daddy knows best whee most things are concerned - do I? I believed I would earn a good return from my investment, I believed in the company. Now I'm not so sure. I'm hoping for a miracle but even if we double from here, which is VERY unlikely we'd still be under £6. Has GM lost a fortune? NO! has DA? NO! Have a large number of us lowly pi's who helped support the business in the early days? You bet! I'm waiting for the next rns with baited breath but my enthusiasm for this company has all but evaporated. WHY THE BLOODY SILENCE?
Even an outstanding rns next week will not help many of us long term holders. I am almost 70% down on my investment and I am NOT happy. We hear NOTHING from them, NOTHING from our new CEO and on a daily basis we lose value. THEY don't BUT WE DO! Angry beyond belief.
