Just another theory on the SP rise.
- The experimental line to review the shallow structures was successful and they've identified a number of shallow targets. Light weight rig could be sourced very quickly and so drilling could start within weeks. Let's wait and see.
Agree Noob. Some profit taking in the AM but a recovery into the PM.
They're the same poster. Its laughable. Bless them. The random capitalised words stuck within sentences from all 3 make me laugh. The lengths some will go.
Poor QS. A few posts from the sausage account today too? Just to add weight to the deramp??
YES
If the delay was due to bad news they'd have just put a generic news letter out covering what's currently in the public domain to buy them time. The delay will likely be because they're aiming to finalise on something we don't yet know which will be included. I suspect it will be confirmation on a drilling partner but lets wait and see. Exciting few weeks ahead here.
QS posting with his sausage account again.......the lengths some will go
Quantum is one of those that genuinely believes their comments are intended to help/protect others. The reality is (and he/she) may not even know this, the comments are only intended to try and drive down the price, possibly with a view to enter at a later date down the line. They'll challenge these comments as possibly haven't even admitted it to themselves yet. I question anyone continuously posting negative price predictions - why do this? Are they genuinely concerned about others investments......I think that v unlikely. Anyway, best of luck everyone, 2022 will be a great year here with lots of positive news flow in the short term.
Good luck with your short Muscles.
SF - I look forward to reminding you of your 'dreamers' comment in a few weeks time as we get news on deep/shallow drilling targets/plans. As I've said before I wouldn't be surprised to see a 50% + day here in the near term (v likely at some point in Jan if I had to guess).
Small Fish - Agree with your comments. If they fail with the next campaign it will be a long road back and getting finance would be incredibly difficult (perhaps even impossible). This is not one to go all in on as the downside is quite clearly 100%. But my point is that risk:reward is very attractive. In my view we're 50:50 that they'll hit commercial helium and if they do I can see the SP increasing to £1+. This is why I think a fairer SP right now would be c.30p. Still potentially 3-4x on a success case. But instead we're being offered more like 15-20x which I think is crazy. For what its worth Ive been a holder since soon after IPO and so have seen the highs/the extreme lows like so many. It doesn't change my opinion on how this will ultimately play out. But lets see.
Good luck with your short Quantum and keep those 'facts' coming.
In case you didnt follow - what I'm saying is its hugely undervalued. I'm not saying its guaranteed success as there is quite clearly risk. But the risk:reward is heavily weighted in our favour. Best of luck with your short / or in getting a super low entry price ;)
Quantum - valuing this is very different to valuing a trading business. This is all about % chance of success vs valuation in the event of success. Does the risk:reward stack up? Let me give you an example - we agree to roll a dice. If it lands on 6 you get £60k. How much would you pay for each roll? Do you avoid as there is no certainty? Or do you take a view that anything under £10k per roll puts the odds are in your favour and therefore you'll win out long term? He1 at a £40k market cap is the equivalent of someone letting you roll the dice for about £2k.
I'm interested in why you're posting here Quantum? Is it genuine concern for investors or perhaps you have a vested interest in seeing this slide south? Think I probably know the answer ;) I have no problems with the blatant deramping but please stop with the baseless scaremongering re the disputed payments for which you have zero details/knowledge of. Ill give you a clue though - it's not material.
3d seismic for area this size would cost tens of millions which they simply dont have. Prove that the helium is there first and then carry out appraisal inc 3D seismic to determine the quantity. As for its 10-20% chance max. No chance is this correct. The helium is bubbling to surface!!!!
Completely agree - the risk:reward is weighted very heavily in our favour at the moment. If you assume an SP in excess of £1 on discovery the current price assumes a very low chance of success. I think 50:50 is understated and in fact the chances are higher than this. 30p would be a fair current valuation. Will fly past this level on success though. Good luck all.
Thanks Keith/Aussie - let's see. Hopefully we'll know more in the next few weeks. Any indication that the experimental line has worked and that shallow drilling is likely to start in Q1 will see a 50%+ move in the SP in my view. Single figures won't be around for long.
does anyone know - if this experimental seismic line has worked would they need to move to ERT or not? I'm assuming the answer is no and that they'd simply extend the line over a larger area before getting the light weight rig in.
Lots of de-ramping here today with many concerned that they're not now going to get their target entry.
Reality is - we're potentially sat on the largest helium deposit in the world with an asset value of c.$50b. The current market cap is 0.1% of this so effectively pricing in a 1 in 1000 shot. It's massively under valued at current levels and will shoot back up on news. So many today seem convinced that we're not going to see any action here for 4-6 months - where have you got this from? Target set out from the company just last month was 1) Q4 2021 seismic ahead of deep drilling in Q3 2022 (on track). 2) Q4 2021 - Q1 2022 Experimental geo techniques to identify 0-400m traps ahead of shallow drilling in Q1-Q2 (on track). Lots of action here and all to play for. I've been holding through the good/bad times over the last 12 months so have felt the same pain many on here have. But the reality is that nothing has changed apart from a 1 year delay in getting to production. It's not ideal but not the end of the world. Genuinely I think this will be north of £1 inside the next 12 months as they start to prove up the resource.
