No Tricky, they might be investing in UK stocks but that doe snot mean the fund holder is UK based. Seen it loads on other stocks, looks like it is a UK JPM holder but the actual company is JPM US that is registered as the stock holder for example.

They have already been told of several shareholders not on their list, their response we can only report what we are told by the shareholders in question.

If they are not UK domiciled they don't have to do anything, they won't be touched by FCA. They not 5% and 10% thresholds being non UK?

Oh, Araguaia the current project being financed is different to Vermelho and Vale project.

It was given up when Nickel cycle was at the low and EVs were not on the table then.
It is the most fully drilled project I have ever seen. Nearly the whole resource is in measured category, the most guaranteed resource pre finance.

Even if it is a gamble, paying $200m for a future slice of supply to secure your chain and market is nothing compared to not having anything come the time supply is short and you don't have your chair at the table.

As time goes on and the funding window narrows more people will be looking to make that positioning switch and every drop will get hammered more and more as people take advantage. You will probably need to be quick and not look for too much drop. Remember 8p or 9p this has a long way to go, waiting for a few more 0.1s could be costly on news.

And there is a few here were swinging 1mill shares is chump change and that on low volume days is noticeable.

If you bought a crate load below 2p....well it is a nice return before 'unknown' news. They don't need 20-30p for life changing results.
They could be piling into another stock building the position up there as they reduce here. Look at the top slicing and profit taking in ARCM. People take their 100% and run these days in AIM. ARS failure to launch scared some more out of their shares, as nothing is guaranteed.

You can't short his on the open market..... Spread bets yes, but they do not affect the underlying market. These are the traders from 8p, top slicers and rainbow chasers.

HZM also priced Cobalt near lows of $34k. It is all upside. Compare to Clean teq at $59k

Current valuation in the industry right now is min 50p after that recent buy by Nickel Mines. I don't think you give enough credit to the value of Araguaia currently post finance and the growing demand for Nickel over the next few years. Vermehlo will have had a DFS by the end of the year and if EV FOMO continues then I can't NOT see a partner appear within 18 months. If this is not 30p+ in 19 months then it will not have been HZMs fault... PLenty to go on before you are house ready and I can't see less than 30p in a poor price environment at that time, which was more than enough for you to take your house slice.

Possibly the worst project in the world right now and they need to sell twice the amount of Cobalt as us to make that work. In fact they cannot make it work without selling the cobalt.
