Do you really think the SP will be 7.5p after the finance package??? So those thinking why would I want shares above 7.5p.....because the company will not have a SP of 7.5p post finance. 12p, 15p, 20p take your pick, but not sub 10p for sure. So anything owned up to 10p will very much still be in the money.

However I think the cornerstone will be higher, HZM was forced a bit to come to market for some early money due to delays, that Orion money can only buy so much of pre build, so iis always get a little bonus and NONE would have been buying before the deal because they would have pushed up the VWAP. They have a base now and will build given the knowledge they have on the deal to come.
Think of the 3X over subscribe. If this hits 7.5p do you even think it will stay there for a moment? However, if you are dumb enough to sell it down there you are handing them your shares! If they would pay that for the raise they sure as heck will pay it in market.
This is a big derisk for the banks and the offtakers that there was demand for the shares and company serious about the build, they are starting the build on their own, Nickell pricing says this mine needs built nd it is a low C1 cost and can handle low price environments and still survive and supply the market.

These iis were vetted for being sticky, why would they immediately sell 46m shares at COST 7.5p to a MM. It would not make sense

Why would anyone with 3m shares be invested and rage quit because of a fund raise that they knew had to happen??

It is neither...... look at the time stamp, anything after 5pm is impossible to categorise and I believe is balancing between MMs etc.
Perspective on the 7.5p....... when we were 5p we wondered how/if JM would get iis interested at 7.5p....well it happened.

No porkies.... The balance of the Orion money should have gone to this stuff if they were in the final throws of the funding and knew it was coming to move on, but due to delays they can't pay for running the company and lead time stuff.

Warrants have been released ahead of time before the shares they represent can go on the open market in Canada. When Canada will take ths hares then the warrants are handed in for the shares, not for more shares.

If we did it will be on the completion of the entire deal not another market one. Current iis would have asked already about the prospect and also $25m dollars doesn't seem concerned.....

If you spend it all on lead items then you have little to operate on. This £10m to keep running the copmany but get 'upfront' Capex equity raised to get on with the mine, show th edebt providers you can get on with it

The point of these iis is they have been well vetted and th ebest chosen.

I think this is a done deal, it was a few weeks in the making.

They will defo try to flip over a few dominoes in the morning, get some bid chasing but bet you they will not be letting you buy. If you are not selling and only looking to buy the dip....then they will struggle to drop it apart from the short term traders not wanting to legthen their stay or some leverage/stop loss issues.

To note 1. They always had to raise equity and is not a surprise....is the price?
2. JM has said many times that £100m was his ii threshold and guess what! 7.5p!

They had £10.9m end of Dec so they are sitting on £28M now or $38M USD

Before raising any equity to complete Finance a comparable Pre-Finance project sold for a discounted price of 29p. Not including any value for Vermehlo.
So we are grossly undervalued now. Finance will correct that and even if we have to raise $100m in equity this will still be worth more than it is today. This equity will not provide a 'lower' price to get in. Risk is you won't get finance, but at this Nickel prices and such a low C1 cost then no project would be financed. However wait for Finance and I doubt you will see the South side of 20p ever again.

Cornerstone, being singular and large. They are not London spivs looking to fwd sell to keep the lights on and keep troughing management in a luxury lifestyle. This investor is in for the ride to production. This is a different equity, again not one to get you through the next drill campaign that might not find anythign this money unlocks the value in the ground....the real value. Only whenyou can dig it up can you make money from it. This money opens this up and given our low valuation now, enhance it a lot as value can now be attributed to actual future sales. You cannot escape it, it is a necessity, but a welcome one. $80b in the gorund and not one bit of it can be realised unless you get finance away.

No, the equity cornerstone is in place to take up the 'balance' of finance that everything else doesn't add up to. They have basically staked their claim as surety of taking up the slack. HZM will have a good idea what they are going to need.
