What do you want a prize Budgie? I seriously didn't think they needed to and by JM comments which are a tad misleading now.... I am still dissappointed but I can grasp the reasons and stop whinging about it and move on with the new cards dealt.

People get emotional and cannot see the bigger picture...... they did not raise funds because they thought it would be a laugh, that they would screw over shareholders or that they are poor management and do not know what they are doing........ Covid has taken its toll, finance markets are tight due to macro risk, this a large complicated deal in difficult times. As time goes by current money getsa spent, to keep to timetables more money needs spent...... You do not want to arrive at a deal with peanuts in your pocket and be in a precarious position. Now you could say this is a bit of pain now for better things down the line, which in fact it is.....but also 6 months ago when we were 5p wondering how the company would raise funds at £100m Mcap well it happened, that is a bonus from where we were. Unfortunately we got a little taste for the high life with some time above 7.5p, touching long term highs.....NOONE raises at long term highs, especially if you have just pinged it. This is a good sum at a recently passed price. The deal enters a new negotiation phase with a different set of number sfor the company to deal from..... It is also part of the funding needed, so less needed later.

I was hoping for a 7.5p or below today but finally went for 7.53p, missing the 7.519p. Maybe this is the turn.....

CFEP as one of the book runners was allowed to participate, they are the main flippers. They received no fee for the fund raise so this is their way of being paid I suppose. I would hope they were restricted to X amount they could buy and flip.

Someone is splurging shares down at 7.4p CFEP trying to hold the line with 7.5p but not offerign any sharesa whilst they try to sell their placing shares at 7.52p

I nearly fried my brain once trying to compare lithium across about 5 projects as they all reported it diffrerently and there is a nice chart out there with all the numbers required to convert one to the other, but wstill a bit of a head bender.

These are positive projections for all the lithiums, especially the nice spike (albeit not the height of first spike) in spodumene to $700s just as SAV would be starting production. There are 3 good things around this. 1. We start with our lowest C1 cash costs of $210 (maybe lower come DFS due to by-product improvements and shipping reductions) so therefore maximising profit in the early stage of startup (cost lowest end f range and selling price at the upper range), 2. Pays back finance a LOT easier (finance will look at your ability to do so) 3.You will not get nameplate production right away so not maximise profits, with lots more headroom in early production in Spod pricing makes that ramp up easier.

So they don't get paid but can make money on the side as they see fit?

Thing is my claim is not false, there is evidence and 'correlation' to show that it is the case....however you made PLENTY of misleading and utterly unrealistic comments constantly (Pilbara has enough spodumene to supply China for all it's EV needs..... just one of the gems). Think of all those investors being mislead by 'your personal skewed and ill researched opinions'.
Heck you tried to disprove the Pilbara pricing and quickly deleted it, because you barely understand the price terminology it seems.

You can follow all the people you want but if you cannot understand the data and make an 'unbiased opinion' about it then that is your problem.

Okay what is 'one of' the best prices in the world? Top 1%, top 10%, top x%, what is it. I think top 10% qualifies for one of the best prices in the world. The wording I agree is rampy in terms of 'the world' but that does not make it 'untrue'! You are *****ing about the wording but it is TRUE all the same.....

CFEP and WINS have been selling a LOT of stock since the raise. They got it from somewhere.

ASK sellers stock being pushed into market by WINS and CFEP all teh way down from 4.5p, They can't sell enough of it.....

The market is inefficent.....What is should be, could be, can...... is irrelevant. It is what it is. Closer to and in production will increase the % for sure.

It is the amount of iron I think in the ore lends itself to atmospheric. There is a good reason and it is the cost to remove something that decides the process.
