Big Soc.... you don't need a RNS to tell you nothing is happening or delayed in Oman...... by NOT receiving a RNS is the information that nothing has happened.
I currently believe that whilst I would like to see Oman progress because its becoming a price hold back, poor reflection on company's ability to bring something to production after a long time, drilling and dilution...... that Portugal supercedes Oman in all respects. Oman might be seen to be a financial pain right now, the committed payments we must make once receiving PAM, the small amount of Offtake we might get to etc..... compared to Portugal, its the TIME FOR LITHIUM, we need to throw the kitchen sink at progressing it, the MONEY IS IN THE MARKET for Lithium NOW! We get tonnage up, its all systems go.... with very LARGE companies with LARGE cheque books that might just tie us up and fund the whole of Portugal and hopefully negate dilution.
When Oman gets out of bed it can be dealt with at whatever speed and will be a sideshow to Portugal, BUT if we can prove up to 10mt in short order, it will add better value and be an important addition to the price and broadens our market offering. Oman can then pay for Moz studies etc, that are
However short term the only element to actually bring in money will be Oman, so despite funding for Portugal very likely, end of 2018 and 2019 the company will need operating capital and pay for Moz, roughly $7.5m over the next 2 years. Portugal would only generate income end of 2019/Q1 2020.
