Both thanks for the info. With the Kiliwani development license, I believe it carries north, south and a small Nyuni offshore area. Has AEX given up the offshore area of that license? I may be confused with some other company.
Also I know bounty oil have gone, but does RAK still own a percentage of Kiliwani?

Mr Perkins, a change of subject, but value your comments on the subject and the accuracy of my comments.
I’ve starting looking into the state-of-play with regards to the Aminex as an operating company after completion of the farmout.
The good news is the first cash payment from ATP of $2.5m (within 180 days?). This should cover G&A and salaries for the next year or so.
The main points are, as I’m aware, is that we are still in dispute with TPDC over monies owed with KN1 gas, and that the Nyuni Area PSA exploration licence expires in October 2019. How is Aminex going to persuade the relevant authorities to extend the Nyuni license when they haven’t got a pot to p*ss in?
I know when the Ruvuma farmout was initially announced, and there were discussions with regards to a reverse takeover by the Zubs, Crusty Pete believed that ATP would let Aminex and PIs, carry the cost of exploration of Nyuni, and at the appropriate time, move in for a farmout of Nyuni. IMO, 12 months on, for Aminex to retain the Nyuni license after October, APT would have to be involved in some capacity. Is a reverse takeover on the cards?

Agree. Drop back to 0.64/0.65 during the first 2 weeks of August, but I said drift into September, especially after the BODs subjective wording in the last RNS.

Agree that no one will lose money buying in at the current SP level. However IMO, most of the recent buys were based speculatively on AEX receiving license approvals before end of July (which may still happen). If license approval drifts into September, Max Power may see his averaging down price point of 0.5-0.6p. Which is also mine.

Did you mean Graph or Giraffe? Both have the same credibility in predicting which direction this will go.

The wording does not reference beyond 31st October. States “to 31st October”

IMO a definite increase in acreage is on the cards, but I don’t believe we will receive a penny from SNPC. It will more likely be 100% of oil sales revenue to AAOG until their debt is paid.
The increase acreage will also contribute to a farmout deal, to cover the next drill and pipeline build. In order to keep fund raising to a minimum, I can see AAOG ending up with only 30% acreage. Still not a bad deal, but will the market look at it that way?

Let’s not forget a possible cash raise ahead, which is why is SP is at 10p. Uncertainty. The biggest SP killer on AIM.

What and when is the next event that will trigger a rise in the SP? If there is no positive RNS within the next couple of weeks I can see the SP drifting down, like so many other good companies on AIM.

What infrastructure is in place to accept 5000 bopd ? Storage tank size? Pipe diameters for flow rates ? Refinery capacity?

Will that be similar to the AEX 10p party?

This stock has had some good news over the last 6 months or so but the SP is relatively low. What events/catalysts in the future are likely to increase the SP? Posters/investors are stating the BOD have no real skin in the game, so why should anyone else invest?

Am I correct in thinking that Eclipse are giving up some of their 29.9% interest in Ruvuma for a cash sum? I also assume that Solo will give up their 25%, so maybe the Statoil rumour is correct?
