At last a positive spin. I can’t be bothered to look at the details of this transaction this morning , but I know that Highlandmatt does, and he always posts non-biased knowledgable information.

As I see it, the situation is becoming more Groundhog Day One Dyas.

I don’t agree with most of what Colin posts but IMO agree that the BoD have jumped on the trendy green energy bandwagon expecting to raise the SP above 2p so that they could do a deal with acceptable dilution. The strategy didn’t work out so now all we have left is Ruvuma and CH-1 drill early next year and potentially small upticks as the drill gets closer but also the reverse could happen as investors sense that there is no immediate deal or Ruvuma sale.

Solo Oil should have been renamed Mushroom Energy as we’re all keep in the dark and fed sh@t.
Looks like even Bigdouble and CPerkin were take in during their last webchat. BD stated that he expected a deal almost a month ago! Come on BoD give us LTHs a break.

Hopefully and I mean hopefully, the accounts delay is due to the BoD expecting in the near term, resolution of the monies owed.

CPerkin ... I notice that you seem to only promote Ruvuma or HE1 projects here and never post anything with regards to possible green projects, which was communicated as the BoDs main strategy at the beginning of this year. You and BigDouble have been very public in your support to retain the Ruvuma project. Did you manage to persuade the BoD to prioritise retaining Ruvuma and forget going green for now? You don’t seem surprised that we haven’t heard anything with regards to any Green projects. Just an observation.

Any placing should be done on the run up to the drill (so Q4) to raise enough cash to get us past the 25 yr development license and maybe beyond.

These guys are really taking the p*ss. Tell us something we don’t know like how much percentage HE1 shares we still owe. What cash is being used for.
Currently I’m starting to feel that no news is bad news. Surely the BoD should realise this after the One Dyas deal that dragged on and finally failed.
HE1 is to date an ideal showcase for how to run an AIM company ie plenty of news flow, up to now positive, rather treating shareholders like mushrooms.

Just one point for CPerkin with regards to Ruvuma. If I knew that no green energy projects were coming our way this year, to hopefully steadily increase the SP, I would sell up and come back in September where the SP would most likely still hovering around 1p +/- 0.5p. If there is no RNS relating to a new project in the next couple of weeks, then I will assume that is the case.

Should’ve sold.... the development license award will include a plan to market. Whether to export to Kenya, make cement, convert to LNG or supply gas to power the oil pipeline cooling stations or maybe all 4 and more.

Ruvuma could be sold after a number of key events. 1) After 3D seismic results 2) After CH-1 results and new CPR and 3) when the 25 yr development license is awarded. When the development licence is awarded £100M plus is the sale price, but obviously dilution will occur on the way. But as I stated before the MC will be above £50m when the 1st placing occurs. This is just for Ruvuma. We’ll have to wait and see what the financial plan for the green energy projects.

After my last post, based on the frustration of no deal occurring over the last 2 weeks, when I expected one. I revisited some correspondence with Ben Romney earlier this year. Ben did give me permission to post when I asked.

Hey Frank. Glad that you think this is a no brainer or is it a case of boosting the morale on your Telegram SCIR board? Are you turning into a Drewky?
I was expecting a deal before the end of this week although that’s seems unlikely now. It’s been 3 weeks since Big Double posted that he expected a deal within 3 weeks. As time goes by investors may suspect that the BoD are incapable of crossing the finishing line in closing a deal. Is it a case of a bunch of Scotsmen trying to get blood out of a stone. Has the poor weather forecast put a damper on the predicted solar panel output so that they need to renegotiate?
Time is running out. End of this month for me.
