H1 IPO - minimal effect
C1 Spud SP 5p - 6p
H1 Spud SP 6p - 7p
Stabilise to 6p MC £36m

ArielArrow.....I also find it strange that Solo hasn’t followed on the tail of AEX. I assume a few investors are still concerned with regards to funding going forward. IMO the BOD must have a financial plan already in place to fund Ruvuma Development. They would need to demonstrate to the APT and probably the Tanz Gov that they can support their share of the development program. Especially when one of the BOD ( can’t remember if it was Jon or Alastair) stated that they are in no hurry to sell Ruvuma

During the AGM they had Nomad representation in the Audience. Alastair is keen that everything is above board, especially with the working relationship with Gneiss.

Anything to do with Jon Fitzpatrick buying another 2% of Rose Petroleum? Now at 7% holding.

If my calcs are correct, there will be 9M shares coming to market next week with very little volume.
AAOG will currently receive 3.85/5.93 x £473k = £307K

Who is better placed to know if AAOG is a good investment you or DS?
I prefer to follow DS’s lead and not yours, and it seems that so do a few others with the current state of the SP.

Never invest in a company where the BOD have a minimum to zero holding. I learned that lesson with VOG.

I remember a couple of years ago when you bought in at around 3p and sold a few weeks later at 4p, just before the demise to where we are today. You posted that you had invested in AEX and also posted when you sold up with reasons. So I consider you to be a shrew investor and your posts to be extremely enlightening.

After PSA negotiations have concluded, does anyone believe that AEX 25% of Ruvuma will be reduced further? (Ie % to government). And if it is, how will this effect the agreement with the Zubs.

Well Steve. We are either being taken for a ride by the new BoD, like many other AIM companies. I do not believe this to be correct, as Fitzpatrick has a reputation to consider with Gneiss and their customer base. OR the second reason, which I think is more likely (especially as time marches on) is that the switch that unlocks progress in the new strategy is the Ruvuma license, even though the BoD have stated previously that the new strategy can progress without Ruvuma approvals. DYOR.
