And look where the share price is now, it is the sentiment that they will be reducing the number of shares and yes they need to buy shares all of the BOD. WA bought 150,000 pounds worth, that is a chunk but didn't have any lasting effects. The BOD need to step up to the plate and buy at least that many between them. If they believe in this project they will.

The problem they have is the number of shares issued at a low price. Everytime the share price goes up you will have sellers making 10% return at 1.3 p. They really should instigate a share but back program and drop their salaries so shareholders see they care about them and not just themselves. It is an uphill struggle with a billion shares many bought at low price

They need to farm it out, EOG can't afford to drill the well. Anyone can farm into a licence for $3mm but the only proof that they are performing is if they farm it out and get a well drilled. Remember Morocco .

That wasnt the message i was hearing when you had posters saying we couldnt change BOC because of his great contacts with Ireland. Ha,ha. He sits there taking his money and allowing the BOD to extract all the money out of Europa. He is a terrible Chairman. He has been with the Company for 5 years and done nothing. Just like the rest of them.

They have moved into W Africa because they see no value in Ireland or Onshore UK. WH effectively said as much. If it was a good asset why didnt Chevron farm in?. It will be very expensive and we will need to find a farmin partner. Years away from a drill and lets see if they can do a better job than their last exploration efforts.

Serif, what you outlined is really no different to what PB wanted, except he was willing to look for a merger or trade sale as well. They will appoint 2 new non execs and that might be the only change. If the share price doesnt increase, we will be back with the same revolt in 6 months time.

Serif, I guess the key word is eventually. Eventually could be many years unless the BODs act now.

I don't think Bubble is trying to talk the share price down, he is just being realistic and saying if things don't change very soon the price could be 0.5p.

You may have an average of 1p and can withstand these share price levels but if you look at the trajectory in share price it is consistently down. There are serious concerns on how the company is going to get a massive boost to lift the share price beyond where everyone will sell. You, yourself, only need the share price to be 1.5p to make a decent return. That is probably the position of a lot of people and it is a real drag on share price.

We can move on but the share price wont move on, certainly not in any meaningful way in the near future.

Why do they think two BOD were voted off. BOC let SO raid the Wressle piggy bank without any regard for share holers. I dont call that being an independent director looking after share holders.

I notice the reports comments dont say anything about linking salary with share price and the risk the BOD takes when the shareholders are losing money and all they see is GREED.
