If only you could predict what will happen tomorrow. I think at this stage, ur either long or short, I think shorters have the edge in winning this imho. But time will tell.

Sensibull- in answer to your question is, he gave up special shares to aim for premium listing, he hoped this would increase the share price and burn the shorters. It didn't work out that way for him. Then Blackrock sold and this helped the shorters more and wiped off billion to be sat on huge paperloss. Then GS increases their holdings and non exec brought modest amount to get share price moving, u know skin in the game an that, but having millions in wealth and buying only 64k worth didn't influence the share price. Then trading week ended with GS selling probz didn't go well with MM. Now he's playing the scare card after trying everything saying to investors to buy more to increase the price otherwise its going private. ...

If he delist the stock, the shorters can't sell, MM wins no?

Question also, did GS knew about MM possibly taking it private to sell 1% within 48 hours of buying? Especially on the lower end of the all time low share price.

Good shout...imagine rns on Monday stating that.. its suspended. If that happen, I'll consider giving up investing!

I think shorters have made more money on this then people going long. Ones that have gone long that includes all the institutional investors. And everyone who bought above 2.03 to 8.00 are sitting on huge paper loss....I would guess around 80% of investor sat with a loss .. hypothetically speaking

I think based on today's debate...we can conclude that the ceo is techincally blackmailing investors into buying more to line his pocket to increase the price otherwise he's taking this off the market..yet he doesn't want to put his money to help the share price....other Companies would increase share price with results n reports and building going investor and II relation..

Do you think intuition invest in a company only or investing in management and directors reputation aswell when making investment. After today, what we have learnt is :

- the director like to be in control in a manner that's unprofessional

- attacking shorters when he couldav simply closed them down with figures and profits

- when ask to give complete disclosure of each division in the current report, it was again limited, holding back something and left out the key information such as profitability

- and now making irrational aggressive comments like, if share price doesn't improve, he'll take it private which Is having a go at investors alike.

With the above comments isn't going to push the price up without any material information showing growth, revenue and profitability.

Could you tell me why GS bought and sold within 48 hours? When the price is near to all time low? If upside was far greater then the downside?? For a quick 10% odd

I think Blackrock who had large holding, to sell in smaller percentage maye not have worked - as someone said here due to starting from higher base - now that Blackrock has taken a hit of 10% on half the holdings, am guessing, Blackrock will try and reduce their percentage holding in small chunks to limit the loss just like GS assuming institution operate in similar process.

GS started increasing their holdings on the way down to average down...in doing so, it kept dropping and mustav sat on huge paper loss. As soon as the last increase in holding was in profit, GS dumped it on the PI. So clearly GS has gone from investing to trading to recover their huge losses. It seems GS wants to be out but doing it smartly unlike Blackrock who dumped half in one go at a loss...just when you thought this was turning, media's back on this, and comments about how his friends own half the business shows disregards to existing holders. Gla

The thing is, PI have been buying for the past couple of days, yet the price are falling, has anyone even made any significant profit, so clearly someone is offloading?

If I was the client, I would never have advised to sell at 10% discount on top of the losses. U would do damage limitation and not sell at the lowest price since the float surely..better price by reducing slowly like other funds managers would

Thanks, why would they sell half of their total holdings in one go when they could sell in smaller percentage like every other fund manager which woudav reduce the size off the loss??

Thanks guys, one more question, when the price dropped from 2.22 -2.25 to 2.10, there was immense high selling pressure without Blackrock selling. Who else could be selling?
