Selling good businesses at a discount only makes capita smaller. How many profitable smaller businesses are they going to sell to get to 700m disposal. Smaller business has potential to grow....in addition. The sale is practically worth 23m as the other 17m we may not get at the latest in 2 years times. And that's conditional too. So not guaranteed imho.

And it's UPTO 40m, on condition basis where 17m
of the 40 million payable over 2 years. ....17 M now would be worth more now than it would in 2 years time due to inflation. Desparate sell imho

If only they had had handful of officers then they would be advantageous...and ones they have, they prosbbly still have to warm the building even if their were hybrid workers....with house prices on the up atm, wouldn't their be increase rent cost to contend with ?

Highee gas prices could lead to higher inflation...BOE want to bring inflation down. So we had our first interest rise and am sure many more to come. So how will this affect capita with cost they never had over the past couple of years? How will this affect companies in the capita experience division and their growth?

If the company operates in Europe, restrictions there alongside high gas prices...I.e inflation cost could hit top line profit...the gas price has been the highest iv seen this year. 20% rise it was said in the last 24 hours.
