I don't think u understand...the business stated, disposal would be used to pay down debt...if there's no rush to sell, the debt will be sat on the balance sheet... isn't the city worried and has been worried about debt imho

And if there is a potential buyer, why wouldnt they do what Elon Musk is I believe doing...wait till bear market is in Full force. And offer lower than the valuation...I mean whose more desperate for cash here, capita is to pay down debt....so potential buyers, I'm not expecting many in this economic environment to buy portfolio business so it can only move at buyers pace and not at the sellers imho

Sharehead, the company wants to reduce debt through disposal of portfolio division. Currently we haven't had any disposal this year to my understanding. Its been near enough 5 and a half months...in an environment where other business (i.e POTENTIAL BUYERS) are struggling with their on core business, profits and wage demands...do you believe other companies during uncertainty time would take risks to make an acquisition in an environment where they are trying to survive and raising cash is difficult???. Imho..
