I'm calling 0.5% increase on Thursday to take interest rates to 1.5%, fed following Fridays data are seen to be loosing credibility..BoE have focasted higher than expected forecast on pressure on cost fo living last week..if they go for minimal 0.25% then watch media coverage of BoE getting the same criticism as fed. Imho

The business agreed revolving credit from August 2022 onwards.. if they don't achieve disposal or payments before then, there's every chance they will have draw down more debt imho

IF they provide trading update june, the debt will be sitting on the balance sheet at high..How will the city take the debt In high interest environment ?

Renewal or extension of contract means revenue is maintained for couple of year more that the market is already aware off..but we don't hear much about loss of contract if any until results day...new contract wins u mentioned is additional revenue and there's been ONE that is Rns'd this year which is Scottish Power...obviously smaller ones we don't hear about...tbh there hasn't be many brand NEW contracts rnsd this year imho.
