Could it be that its final cost to harl on riverstone loan which is now realised and finalised as part of the ukef funding deal negotiation? Therefore ukef funding news could be announced very soon? Is that why the share price rose friday? December rns stated they have sufficient funding until ukef funding is signed, a message to IR in March confirmed deal processing whilst Karen was reassured 'red flags and finance deal incoming'. If a company have waited this long to see borrowing cost dropping to get the best finance deal with ukef, you wouldn't extend loan when your on brink of closing the deal. Could be good news imho

I've also messaged IR and was assured that Ukef funding is progressing. So we should hear something soon imho

- shipyard being upgraded with state of the art machinery with £77m investment

- has more than 1200 employees

- have IM gas storage waiting in the wings where they had several interest in the project. More than 4 potential interest if I recall correctly

- scilly ferries going to go live soon

- 200m revenue likely to be new base from end of 2024 into future years

- ukef funding could land anytime to create debt repayment over number of years at lower cost of capital (good debt to grow revenue growth)

- Cavendish has stated recent contract has clear visibility to achieving £200m revenue this year.. were only into March. So any further big wins, could see revenue upgraded

Well, double buttom on technical point, on valuation, near all time low. No ceo looking to make his mark with extreme cuts. In a sector where serco had takeover offer. It was near and close to my buy price. So who knows where this could go imho

The word 'just' is interesting! Takeover can be a distinct possibility. The results had given this a low valuation allowing it to be taken cheaply as long as the acquirer see long term value. JL was selling assets, AH is targeting areas to drive efficiency to affect that profit figure and margin. If he plays it right, on revenue of around 3 billion. Subtle increase in that margin could be significant.. bad news is out, now wait for any offers for company? Imho

Nofear, for me, the bad news all out, AH got a plan, as sharehead stated, one of the analyst suggested, waiting for results for possible takeover. Priced to reflect performance, cheap takeover on the offering. Who wants it? Imho
