I'm glad iv been out of this like 5 months ago. Was a good trading share. Consuela consistently reminded me about IM and its case was going to fail, broomtree keeping things in check whilst other investors were dreaming. LSE03 trying to add positive spin with articles to keep me interested. Kaeran being a genuine believer with a level head, stokey keeping figures and article posted here and verifying them with rns to check its validity etc...the red flag for me was the appeal on 2 accounts, which took longer than dealing with 5 counts last year. The delay in UKEF financing, which having looked at other companies who have been granted the gurantee, hasn't took more than 12 months where as this had gone on near enough 2 years. In addition to this, government just doesn't have money to be a guarantor especially to a company deeply on debt and loss making. The greatest achievement was winning contracts and increasing revenue which had kept investors hope, but the market cap of around £16m looked cheap considering how big it could grow. It is safe to say, the articles which H&W refuted were right all along. Gave many the option to take whatever investment they had to run with weekly articles providing advanced noticed. Some got luckily others just didn't believe the media. Realisation for many could kick in as soon as tomorrow. Although I've been.out 5 months ago, I could have quiet easily be in facing potentially total wipe out because I didn't think it would have gone this far. I guess to still be in the game is a added bonus which I wouldn't have had the privileges if I was invested here. I can only thank consuela, she may not have had any investment in here but she definitely made me question everything that was posted on here. Consuela posting may have been a blessing to not be in the position may find themselves In today. So thank you. 😊 lastly, kilick started selling in the past few months. That was yer another red flag. All in all, I'm sorry for holders here. Expect low, and hope for best imho

Since savages reservation, the stock has done near 50%, goes to show the credibility of his ability to invest and conduct credible research lol. 2 months on, BT stuck in the doldrums. 🤣🤣🤣 imho

Is it fair to say, what hit capitas profits in 2022 and 2023 were business exits, In 2023 with unexpected cybercost and furlough repayment. So we had plenty of adjustments to make with business exits. This interim result shouldn't be too much different to reported. These costs arnt recurring cost therefore profitability should be better, which is supported by job losses in jan helping margins slightly plus pause in pay rises and cut in bonuses. ? Imho

As gocpi said, ferra sale completed in jan so, amongst the other savings, such as job cuts, cyber cost and furlough repayments. Capita receiving cash proceeds of £62m upon completion of Ferra in jan 2024. Yes 1 business exit cost to account for. But that £62m near enough close to cover the outflow and add savings of around £90m that has already been actioned from capital markets. With further cash coming in August of around £185m. Think it doesn't look bad from that point a view imho

What one has to remember is, the results in August will be for the the first 6 months of this year, and compared with first 6 months of 2023.

The cost difference is likely to be for 2024 interim results:

- no business exit cost as there was no sale in the first 6 months Compared to last year

- £20 m for cyber cost that has already been accounted for last years interims

- £4.9 furlough payments already accounted for last years account

So without accounting for business exits, automatically around £25m is a saved that was wasted on cyber cost and furlough repayment.

Also redudancy cost was accounted for in second half of last year to make a saving in 2024 of around £60m therefore, the saving for the first half on 2024 is £30m

So the business is better of around £55m in the first half of 2024 compared to first half of 2023 with everything being equal. This figure excludes business exits cost. Which I believe they had quite a few in the first half of 2023

I'm afraid, the price movement has been algo driven. It was perfect condition for trading today so managed to bank just under 1k. Looked rather weak towards the end testing 20p and below barrier. It feels like it could go lower. The only thing that would have kept the movementum was good inflation read. So I can see price below 20p tomorrow in sight. Imho
