Jg68, they stated that the revenue will be flat. Majority of the revenue is in second half of the year. Which they hope to claw back in second half. The most important thing here is. Even with revenue where it is. In first half. Profit is up significantly. So if revenue picks up in second half where expectation being revenuento be flat. Profitability should be very good.

Revenue isn't profit. If they can increase profit with low revenue. Then that's a winning formulae. Shows the company is more efficient. This leads onto the margin. Margin increased is a significant step.

So 23p plus coming if am right imho

The concern before was debt increasing. And how profit was going tonbe effected by selling the businesses. And this report shows no concern at all imho

- Revenue reduction is what was already expected and announced previously.

The key info for me is:

- and we're in profit

I see plus 23p here imho

I feel this HY1 will be a demonstration of the underlying business post disposals. It will indicate whether the transformation programme has had its desired effect in the turn around of the company. It is where we'll adjust and reported figure likely to be closely in line. Its probably likely to be free from business exits that has swallowed up all the profits except from. 1 exit.. It will be free from cyber cost plus no furlough payment . The result will only be bad, if the business had performed worsed then no repeatable cost of £25m (cyber and furlough payment ) with added sprink of labour cost saving of £30m for the first half. The result will only be bad of the loss is greater than noreccurimg cost of £55m. Even if the share price does head down. The sale.of capital one will hold stock imho

It is fair to say though, rbc had downgrade us over the years until just recently where they've upgraded us, whilst others reinstated or upgraded us. So rbc are now more on par with other analyst. So if there's any positive take away. For me that would be it. Could see upgrades as business transforms and margins improve. Imho over to you guys
