Tbh, really don't see any major improvement in the financials until head counts come down, and that is likely to take some time.. customer base dropping and moving to companies like EE as pointed out. Customer could decline significantly...imho

People don't want to pay high inflated prices for BT packages. With huge labour force which is likely to take years to trim. The business may need to swallow up large reduanncy cost which could eat Into any profits over the years Imho
