The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
filtered his posts now, this board looks a lot better now. Market makers mugged a few today and yesterday on the close, they will need shares here when it starts to go mental again like yesterday afternoon. Very happy holder here and accumulating more GLA. :-)
what can one sell txo shares at with JP Jenkins now? Do we need to inform our broker? whats the process here. thanks chaps, end of an era for txo on aim.
is this the new txo share forum?
similar thing happened yesterday, we were trading around this price and then this just rocketed up to 1.75p on the ask at a very fast and quick pace. Free float is tiny.
that was from 18-Nov-14 a long time ago so i am expecting news here anytime soon.
Work on bringing new projects in to the Company is now accelerating, and I believe that the Company is now well placed to move forward. The initial intention was to bring in coal projects, but the market perception of coal projects in Southern Africa has mitigated against this. The directors are evaluating a small copper project in Northern Cape Province, South Africa, which could bring early positive cash flow as well as providing a stepping stone to other copper projects in that area. Also currently under consideration are a kimberlite diamond mine in South Africa and an onshore oil and gas project in West Africa........
Market cap will be based of the potential here NPV to be taken into account into the equation of the project they are announcing here, only the BOD know this, they own shares now at 4.75p is that not a big enough clue here for us???
question - the directors have converted their interest free loans of their own hard earned cash into share at 4.75 as per the last RNS? Please answer yes or no? simples, this is undervalued imo.
meanwhile the price is going up. Regardless of what anyone says directors own shares at 4.75p as per last rns, they converted their loans at the price. To me and other holder this is serious confidence, they are the only people who know what is coming here project wise and they would know the NPV of the projects they are entering into well before we do, buying on the potential here. GLA.
babler this moves very fast, yday we were at a similar level and then this just went into orbit and hit 1.75p on the offer, tiny free float, the smallest our of all my holding on aim, i posted earlier that 55.54% of the company shares are held by the non executive director and the executive director, so tiny free float available, hence why i am getting as many as i can while i can imo.
again a misleading post by thisindetifies me, read the rns carefully, you never considered project financing here as also per the RNS - Post reported.
not misleading mate, at the time there was and continues to be 1.25p on the offer. steady buys creeping back in. check the live feed now
market cap here under a million, i think i will build up a bigger holding here. thank you very much.
For those that are interested NBR executive director has a solid proven track record here, from the company webpage , look at what this guy has achieved - "Michael was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Wesizwe Platinum Limited in 2004 and took the company from primary exploration through bankable feasibility study and listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. During this period he was successful in raising approximately USD 1 billion to fund the project's capital construction and development. "
babler could not agree more with you mate. how are you doing mate? good to see you here.
anyways i aint selling any of my holding till 4.75p level here, if the directors hold there then i am with them all the way. Research Brian Moritz NBR NED here - a serious guy with very senior connections in the mining industry.
I wonder what the NPV could be of our new project, could be significantly higher than the tiny market cap of NBR at present. Also re finance i believe that due to the fast cash flow generation will hugely reduce the capital outlays these derampers keep banging on about, just read the website and RNS of the types of projects the BOD are going after here. Potential here, much rather buy in now and be with the directors who have converted their interest free loans to shares at 4.75p, just read the last RNS. Simples for me. imo
agreed, high risk high reward this is. not for the faint hearted.
answer my questions please that i posted, one dimensional views of yours.
This could go into auction first thing here, hope i can get some more here today, directors hold share (approx 7% of shares in issue so big amount) at 4.75p (as per last rns - way above present prices) well then this is bargain basement levels, fill my boots time. Directors have some serious confidence here Brian Moritz 25.77% - Total Ownership Lord Sheppard - 29.77% - Total Ownership Tiny free float for Pi's hence why when NBR moves its really motors as not much free float. Anyways good luck all, im going to get as many as i can here. ATB and DYOR. imo
